Yo! First I want to Thank the Cooks, Cashiers and The Staff, delivery personnel. I been knew about Hot Spots almost 20+hrs ago and This Was my go to spot then. But, yo! They have this Salmon burger Delicous Mmmmm! Then I try’d The Cod Burger Whoa Mmmmm Delicous (fried oinons, Sweet & Hot Peppers Provolone cheese and Ketchup ✌️

Price according to paying in person $15.40
The crust is crispy buttery and sauce is sweet but that’s ALL u can taste. U taste 0 cheese or toppings. Bottom of pizza was so wet and soggy like I ordered 15 meat pizza. For $16 u can get a 14’’ pizza at Wawa and surprisingly it will be 5x better than this. Kind of shocked since the place is “newer”
customer service also was not welcoming. They do know we don’t have to spend money here right …

I specifically asked for my wings to be cooked extra hard and specified multiple times and they were not. When placing my order over the phone the girl taking my order was cutting me off. The price also kept increasing. The menu says 18.95, over the phone my total was 21 and change then in store it became 22.55? They didn’t tell a wait time either so I was just guessing when it may be done. It was fast, but I wouldn’t recommend due to quality and price.

Ordered a chicken caesar salad. The chicken was old dry terrible. Tried to hide it with chopping it up in small pieces but can still see the dry old chicken. The shreaded cheese was hard old of course like wax . I’m done with Hot Spot because this is not the first time. Bye bye-bye

This is my first time ordering from this place didn’t get nothing too crazy cheesesteak.Ten original wings buffalo style. So let’s start with the cheesesteak. The cheesesteak wasn’t too bad to be honest.
Only issue I had with the cheesesteak. The onions were very big and were not cooked. Which resulted in the onions being unable to chew on the Buffalo wings were nice sized wings, but you can tell they don’t change their grease and the wings taste very burnt, and you can just taste the dirtiness in the grease. Delivery had no issue with that.Food came very quick and it was hot

Be careful when you order delivery because they will mess up your order and won’t hold themselves accountable, second time I ordered chicken cheesesteak Stromboli and they delivered a Steak Stromboli, I don’t eat red meat, second time this has happened. The other day I ordered a chicken cheesesteak sandwich instead of them draining the meat before putting it on the roll they must have just put it on there and wrapped it, so with the steam from meat and it not being drained the bread looked like mashed potatoes when I opened it, it was all soggy. Granted I do like their food when their consistent, however but they’re about to loose a long term customer, and next time they screw up my food I will post a video and also shoot a video commercial on places not to eat from in Philly. Customer service means everything specially in these times of day’s that were living in economically.

I ordered a quesadilla after asking the cashier if it was good. Well, the chicken tasted old and dry, and there wasn’t enough cheese. Also, the menu prices have changed but I wasn’t told that until after it was rung up. If you see someone looking at the menu and start to place an order let them know if any price changes. One and done.
