A really cute Greek restaurant with well-prepared Greek fare. The Pikilia appetizer dish, with its assortment of dips and pita bread, was a great way to start the menu.

The lobster tail bucatini and filet mignon soulvaki were both delicious. I’d highly recommend trying both dishes.

They’ve got some really fun cocktails, including an electric blue-colored one (a bit fruity) where they blow aromatic bubbles onto the surface. Playful presentation.

Our first time at Elia which has a Greek cuisine & theme. Great atmosphere and decor. We had the Melitzanosalata appetizer which was very tasty and worth trying. The Moussaka dish and watermelon salad were also very good. However, the gyro sandwich’s meat was over cooked and dry, which was very disappointing. We will be back!

My wife and I made our first visit to Elia yesterday and we will definitely be back. (We had been to the Pleasanton restaurant a few years back) The vibe of the restaurant is is beautiful, very upbeat with music and lighting warming up the room.

Our server, Joaquin, was top notch. Very knowledgeable about the menu, making spot on recommendations when asked. he was very attentive, making sure we were well taken care of.

Elia, we look forward to seeing you soon.

We visited Elia for brunch, though it’s more of a restaurant/bar that also offers a brunch menu. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, with beautiful blue-and-white tones and Greek-inspired decorations.
We ordered the smoked salmon toast and another sandwich (I can’t recall the name), and both dishes were delicious! The staff were exceptionally friendly, which made the experience even better. My only minor critique is their limited coffee selection, but since they’re not a brunch cafe, it’s understandable. Overall, I really enjoyed the food and the excellent service.

Great experience at Elia in Downtown Walnut Creek!

Our first visit to Elia was truly unforgettable. The ambiance was stunning, with a beautiful setting that immediately set the tone for a wonderful evening.

The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide range of options. However, what truly made our experience stand out was our server, Lily. She was attentive, pleasant, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. Her exceptional service made our dining experience truly special.

The live music added an extra layer of enjoyment to our evening, making Elia the perfect destination for a night out.

I highly recommend this place. We can’t wait to return!

I’ve been coming to Elia Restaurant for years and have always had a great experience—the food is consistently amazing and never disappoints. However, this most recent visit was truly remarkable.

Not only was it my birthday dinner, but what made the night unforgettable was the exceptional service from Carla. From the moment we arrived, she was on top of everything—attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. What stood out most was how much she truly cared. She went above and beyond, paying incredible attention to detail and making me feel celebrated the entire evening.

I normally visit the Pleasanton location, but I will absolutely be returning to this location more often, specifically because of Carla’s outstanding service. She turned a great dinner into a special memory.

Thank you, Carla, for making my birthday so memorable—and thank you Elia for continuing to deliver excellence year after year.

Our dinner at Elia in Walnut Creek was a good experience overall. The Seafood Paella was rich and flavorful, and the lamb riblets were particularly impressive—so tender that the meat just peeled off the bone. The chicken skewer was tasty, and the warm bread was a nice start to the meal. We also tried the calamari, which was seasoned perfectly and cooked just right.

On the dessert side, we had Baklava, which they amusingly served with a candle when they sang happy birthday to my son—a sweet gesture, even if it was just a single piece! The chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream was tasty, but the hard chocolate pieces in it were a bit too tough to enjoy fully.

Service was quick and attentive, which added to the positive experience. The only real downside was the drinks. The Indigo’s Hour whiskey felt overpriced at $60 a pour, especially since you can buy a whole bottle for around $225. The Old Fashioned was weak, overly sweet, and watered down, which was disappointing. Despite that, the food and overall experience made it a good evening, especially for the meal and service.
