If I could leave a negative star I would because the service I just got was awful. Kenzie, the general manager was condescending and rude. The food I got was disgusting. I normally don’t have issues with their food, but they messed up this time. I explained that there was light ingredients, It was P physically too hard to eat because it was overcooked. I offered to bring the food back to get a replacement and they denied me. Kenzie kept on saying over and over and over again that she made it the way I ordered it. Obviously, the way I ordered it wasn’t the issue. It was whoever made it put little to no effort into it. Then she tells me she’s the one who made it. I told her she probably needs retraining. Will not be back to this establishment. She didn’t know if there was a corporate number and didn’t know who to contact further to get help beyond her. I’ve worked in food for around 15 years and as a general manager myself I would never treat a customer this way. I waited on hold two different times 20 minutes each for no one to answer except for an employee. She told the employee to tell me that there was nothing they could do instead of her coming and talking to me herself. When I asked for her, the employee told me she was busy. Well I am also busy. I also have stuff to do. She needs to train her staff better and she needs customer service/order making training again if she got any in the first place. I was also missing side items that I ordered, but I couldn’t even get to that part because she insisted on not even helping me with the pizzas that were disgusting. I know people like that are just being rude to be rude because if they honestly cared about their establishment or the place that they ran, they would do better in customer service and try to help their customers and not be bitter and stubborn.

After recieving an order from this location and paying cash to the delivery person who ended up being a Doordash, the Super Supreme was very soggy and the dough was raw and chewy. You could not pick up a slice with it falling all to peices. I called to speak to the Manger who tried to convince me that this was the way that this pizza is. I notified her that this was not soft it was RAW. We eat this all the time and some how every other pizza hut can get it right. When she found out we paid cash, and are in a big truck and couldn’t move until morning she made it clear she couldn’t do anything. I suggested before they send food out to make sure it was right. She the said to never order there again and hung up on me. I called back to ask for her name and a higher person’s number where she answered the phone loudly saying am I going to still be a smart ass and hung up on me again. Our total order was 45. Pizza hut needs to make this right and do something with her. I have never wanted to snatch someone up so bad in my life as I would have her if I was in person. Sad!

The food and service was Awesome, as always. The waiter was very cool, very helpful, and polite.
The restaurant was clean, and not to crowded, (just before rush hour). The bathroom could have used some updates but it was clean.
Just off I64, easy to find, easy in, easy out.

First time coming back to this Pizza Hut after probably 20 years. It’s finally under new management and they’ve really cleaned this place up. We’ll definitely go back. Pizza was great.

I placed an order fully paid for 1 bbq chicken pizza and 1 buffalo chicken and the driver just rang my doorbell then left with the pizzas. They refuse to do contactless because the drivers wanna pressure you into tipping in person.
