The person at the counter was not too pleased I had a coupon. She asked for it and tore the portion of the coupon, it’s ok if that is the process but I used it before in a different location and was not asked for a copy or it was not torn off. She was also not pleased that I asked for extra sauce. Next thing I know I had more coupons waiting in my mailbox. If you do not wish to honor your coupons grace fully please do not send any coupons.

There’s a long piece of hair imbedded into my burrito!! They don’t wear hair nets at this location just a hat! The worst part is they gave no apology no compensation just annoyed looks as if I made them eat a hairy burrito. I wouldn’t have made a review had this been properly handled!

I placed my order @ 10:07 pm and arrived at the burger king @ 10:15 pm I didn’t not receive my order until 10:52. The whole time Im standing there waiting ( Mind I was the only customer inside the store standing at the counter the whole time) I’m seeing drive thru orders at least 8 orders go by and food received, all the while the workers in the kitchen are busy closing down there stations. No one is at all asking me for my order just ignoring me. As I’m watching them I see one of the employees grab a cardboard box from the lower ground shelf next to a bucket of sanitizer (very close the the ground) then placed the box over there fry area and then proceeded to put the onions rings and fry on top of the cardboard box. Whole I’m thinking they are going to throw it away. They then proceeded to take the Fry’s and onion rings and start putting it in people’s orders and start cleaning that station! Also giving me the onion rings that are stale and cold the burger was cold and I asked for a employee to put it in the microwave. He gave me a look like he was very rude and didn’t even apologize for the 30+ minutes wait. The whole experience was mind boggling and a completely disgusted and disappointed. Nothing about my order was fresh or hot. I’m very upset and afraid of getting sick if I eat it. I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK TO BURGER KING AGAIN. I’VE BEEN A LONG TIME CUSTOMER TO THIS LOCATION FOR YEARS. NEVER AGAIN!!! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK.

Really disappointed I’m working off of 521 was little bit of a drive for me and I shouldn’t have done it. A got a bacon double and I ate about 4 bites and looked inside and the bacon was raw. I hope I don’t get sick.

Every time I come here they always take over 10 minutes to prepare the food this is the slowest fast food place I ever been to. Either they need more staff or maybe staff doesn’t want to work fast idk.
