We picked up a pizza tonight and found a LONG piece of hair cooked into the pizza. I don’t believe they wear hair nets when prepping or cooking. The pictures don’t even show all of it. One piece was sticking up out of the crust. We broke that off and tore the pizza apart and the strand of hair went all the way through to the other end. So disgusting. This is exactly why hair nets and proper preparation are important. Whole pizza wasted.

If I could give a 0 for my experience today, I would. I have been going to other Marcos locations for years and always had great experiences. I was in the area so I stopped this afternoon around 3 pm at this location. A guy came in at the same time and asked about a delivery pick up I think he said DoorDash, the girl said it went in the over 5 minutes ago. I ordered and we both sat down waiting. The girls were chatting and not in sight for the first few minutes after I ordered. 15 minutes later then they started preparing the pizzas including the one that they said was already in the oven. One that was ready sat at the end since we were there maybe someone did not want it anymore. We both tried to get the girls’ attention but they kept chatting and ignoring us. After almost 25 minutes there I was leaving, the delivery guy was also frustrated. I said hello trying to get their attention to tell them that I don’t want the pizza anymore and again got ignored, said hello louder and louder 3 times and she finally said: I can see you thank you! Without looking at us. I told her she can keep the pizza, I left and the other guy followed outside too. Maybe he cancelled his delivery. Called the Marcos on Quincy and by the time I got there my pizza was ready and they were polite and nice as always. Never going back to this location!

If you are going to out source your delivery to doordash, it is still your fault that my pizzas sat on your rack getting cold for 30 minutes and still didnt get delivered so i had to come pick it up. Stop being lazy and hire delivery drivers like a real pizza place.

This place is frustrating. We placed a pick up order. Waited almost 30 minutes to leave to go pick it up and when we arrived we were told that it would be another 30 minutes as it wasn’t even started yet.

I finally found a great gluten free pizza. The taste and texture is there, but man its pricey. I get that GF is a little more expensive, but its nearly $25 for a 12′ pizza.
On a separate note, the two tables next to me both got sat after me, and all had their pizzas out (3 of them) before mine was brought to the table. If the gluten free pizza is going to take longer, due to your GF process or whatever it may be, please inform your customer. I was by no means unhappy with my sever, she was attentive and kind, but was kinda annoyed that two other tables food came out way before mine.

I JUST LOVE COMING HERE!!!! Amazing service and staff is friendly, Lauren, Jasmine, David, Alex, and Ethan are just amazing. They are always so helpful and timely honestly couldn’t ask for better. If I could give them a personal raise and a gold star I would. The food is mouthwatering and they always have some sort of deal going on to make things cheaper. Order the wings….best freaking place ever.
