So this is a tough review. We love this place when it’s good, but last few times it seems management might not be around, and the employees are just there. Examples include ice machine being broken for weeks and not having crispy shells for tacos randomly.

So, ordered a bowl with extra chicken to go. Get back to work and see that it’s a bowl filled with chicken, sour cream and hot sauce. Was also missing the combo for chips and queso. Went back, and they had the nerve to charge me $7 for additional free toppings that should have been on the bowl to begin with, as well as full price for chips and queso as a side… also the lettuce was wilted. What are yall doing? $27 for a double chicken bowl and queso.

For the first time, I used Salsarita’s catering for a lunch for my teachers. I worked with Jada from this location and she was really amazing. We spoke on the phone several times before the day of delivery and went over everything. She came to the place I was catering, delivered the food, helped me with the set up and was just SO kind.
I was impressed with the Taco Salad Bar catered food. Every teacher got an individual taco salad bowl and we did the chicken and ground beef. I did add on extras (guac, cheese dip, the grilled veggies and extra chips and salsa) I am glad I did, because it was plenty of food.
The catered food came with burners to keep everything hot and Jada helped me set these up.
I was impressed with Jada’s professionalism, but more importantly how kind she was.
**You cannot go wrong, order your next BIG lunch/dinner, catered by this location! I will definitely be doing this again. Great job Park Road Location. And ask for Jada if you are catering a meal!

Ordered door dash to go and my burrito was just full of rice. I ordered beans and meat and even paid extra for queso. Very disappointing. $15 down the drain for their portion of the cost.

I have been to multiple Salsarita’s and they all honor my military discount. I went a few days ago and the young lady allied the military discount. Today I went and was told that they don’t do that. I am a little upset because the guy remembered me and said yes I did the military for him. So I think you guys should inform all employees of what can be done and what can’t. That was very unsatisfying! I also called other stores and they said that they honor military so someone needs to let the workers know the policy

I AM So sadd. I have been coming to this Slasrita for years since I moved to Ballantyne. I go a Lil more often then I should almost three times a week sometimes. Well every since Juan a newer store employee has got there I have been constantly discriminated against. I really would love to know why? Is because of my skin color or that I’m a female? But I am always over charged. We got two kids chicken nachos. I was charged for two beef which is more, and a 4oz question which we didn’t even receive. I guess it’s a female African American tax for coming and eating there. Don’t worry Juan I won’t be back. You made it clear my business was not appreciated or welcomed today. I’ve picked up food from here a few times and it’s always been a disaster. Either I have to wait for food well after it should be ready, or it’s thrown together in the sloppiest way possible.
Showed up today to pick up my order 5 minutes after it was expected to be done. I waited 5 minutes for anyone to walk out from the back, and when they finally did they had not even started on the order. What’s the point of placing an online order if you arrive and have to wait 10-15 minutes anyway?
Big tip if you do decide to order here, do not get the sour cream. They put so much on that it drowns out the taste of the rest of the food, and clings to the other ingredients so you can’t even take it off.

I enjoy the borito bowls and I like being able to pick what I want and I enjoy the environment because it does not smell like its restroom like some other Mexican restaurants and I like the sound of the grill!
