And the ranch container didn’t even have ranch it was just shaken to make it appear as if it had ranch????
Ave u papa johns I had high hopes
The delivery driver refused to deliver the order to my apartment. He stayed in his car and demanded that I come outside and pick it up myself. There were no building restrictions he simply chose not to do his job.
I am sick and feeling very unwell. Because of this, I had to ask my neighbor to go outside and collect the order for me. The driver clearly stated that if no one came down, he would take the pizza back.
This is not delivery service. This is laziness and disrespect toward the customer. Door-to-door delivery is what customers pay for, and this was completely ignored.
If this is how customers are treated, I do not recommend ordering from this place. Extremely disappointed.
So I tested it — I ordered the same pizza for pickup through Uber Eats. Guess what? The order went through perfectly. My friend went inside and picked it up with no problem. When I walked back in and asked why he lied, he said pizzas are only for Uber Eats and DoorDash customers, not walk-ins. That’s complete nonsense and a lazy excuse.
This employee clearly doesn’t want to work and chooses to lie to people instead. Absolutely unprofessional behavior.
If management is reading this — you need to deal with this employee immediately. He’s ruining your reputation and driving customers away.
