The worst Dunkin I’ve been to. Waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks and for them to fulfill half an order. The man in the back gave us our order as if it was complete and when I went to the young lady at the register to inquire about our missing food she non-chalantly looked back and said “yall are the only ones with hash browns so he must be making it.” I said he gave us our order as if it was complete can you at least let him know, she repeated what she said so I left it alone. 15 minutes later I send my daughter up there to ask again and she gave her the same answer, and my daughter had to ASK her again to please let them know. When she finally did, they had no idea we were missing items and we again had to wait. No apology. No care. Store nowhere near busy but I seen her wipe the same untouched spots a few times in a row just to avoid customer related things. If the staff doesn’t care…shut it down and start over. It’s too nice of an area to have people in here who could care less.

Food was standard Dunkin fare. Took a while to fulfill our order.
I was bummed they didn’t have Dunkin Midnight on tap (in the morning on the weekend!)
The location is nice as there’s fountains, indoor and outdoor seating options.
The restaurant itself was clean- but the bathroom was inexplicably gross- like aged beyond its time and smelly.
I will probably go with another option next time I’m in the area.

Order 10 mins ahead, you’ll wait 15 more in the store. Order 20 mins ahead, you’ll still wait 15 more in store. For one drink. Which will be made wrong, you’ll ask them to fix the issue, they’ll add (not exaggerating) 11 pumps of coffee concentrate to a drink that needs 4, but initially had none. They’ll stir it in with a visibly dirty spoon. You’ll try to ask them to remake it. 10 more minutes because they’re too busy to notice you due to playing on their phones in the corner(pic included). They’ll remake it. It will still be wrong. Then you’ll leave with your $6 coffee that still isn’t right at all because you have no more time to waste on someone not being capable of following simple instructions of exactly how to make a drink on the screen in front of them..or moving with ANY sense of urgency at all.
DO NOT order here. Find another location. They don’t even have a drive thru anyways.

I visit this spot quite often and always a great experience. The staff are friendly and polite, the service is quick and efficient, and orders are always correct.
The restaurant has a good amount of seating inside and some great outdoor tables, chairs and benches in a courtyard which is cool. They serve the typical Dunkin fare —doughnuts, hot breakfast sandwiches, muffins and bagels and of course, fantastic coffee. The restaurant itself is clean and has a Baskin Robbins inside.
There is plenty of parking immediately out front, with a specious lot. The restaurant is easily visible from the main roads and always easy to get in and out. There is no drive through at this location.
It can bet quite busy in the morning especially on the weekend. Overall always a pleasant visit and experience.

I asked for avocado toast with bacon and bagel seasoning and to toast dark. It came not toasted, no bagel seasoning. It’s not Rocket science to get this right. You should get what you want and paid for. The black specs were them putting bagel seasoning on after I sent it back!

Worst DD shop location ever I had tried DD. Bad customer service and quality. Was waiting past 15 mins since I ordered and staff asked me why are you waiting? After that this is what I got for their new tomato pesto grilled cheese sandwich – a disgrace to their promo pic. And the hot cappuccino I ordered was worst than a regular cold coffee.

Ordered a Chai tea latte and received a half full Chai Coffee latte. Unable to enjoy at least what I did received because I don’t like coffee flavor. I did not realize this till after settling in at work. Very disappointed. Formal complaint sent to Dunkin headquarters, with no response as of now.

I’ve always loved going to this dunkin but today 5/5/23 the girl who was working there could not make coffee. I asked to remake it because it tasted like syrup now I received this with LESS coffee. What am I paying $5 for? For her to mess up then give me less? I only took one sip and this coffee still tastes like trash. Waste of money
