I frequent this taco bell about once a week. Normally I have a good experience aside from missing items once in a while. Last week i waited over 50 minutes for 2 tacos and a side of rice and beans. Yes they were busy, but about 10 people waited inside just as long as I did while they handed order after order out the drive thru (all of whom arrived LONG after we did) and made everyone inside continue waiting. Absolutely ridiculous! Almost an hour is insane! But I calmed down and tried again this week. Ordered 3 packs of the new churros. Got home after working all day and changed into my pajamas, opened bag and saw i got ONE pack instead of the 3 I paid for. It’s really not that complicated. I don’t know what is going on at this location anymore.

The food and timing of the creation of the food is absolute and perfect but the employees appearance can drag down the experience. most of the time they look very depressed and have detailed appearances and have a very sarcastic sounding, trying to sound the slightest bit of joy of being at the workplace. the food is amazing and everything other than that is to a 10/10.

I usually go to this taco bell every week or so and almost everytime I’ve gone in the last 2 years it’s been a pleasant and quick experience. However tonight was the worst experience I’ve ever had here, and it has me debating if I should go the extra few miles for the other Altoona location. I arrived and said my name at the screen for mobile order, usually they show me my order on screen and ask me to confirm my items, but this was not the case today. I was told to just pull around so I did and I received a random persons order. This order had the same name as my order, so why was my order not confirmed to be correct? Seems like a pretty simple solution if the kid would’ve just followed their guidelines instead of cutting corners to empty the drive thru line quicker. I’m severely disappointed in this location as I’ve rarely had a messed up order and I was looking forward to my dinner after a long day at work. Management needs to actually enforce these guidelines.. order at your own risk.

Everything we ordered was made half-ass’d, sadly. For example the burritos had all the cold stuff at one end and all the hot stuff at the other.. not a single one could you bite into and get a lil bit of everything had re-wrap them correctly. Honestly, I prefer the one on the strip near alllllll the other restaurants.

I read a review about how hard it is for another customer to get his/her order correct, and I am 100% in the same boat with this Taco Bell location! I agree the staff are pretty friendly, but accuracy of my order is almost always an issue! However, today the issue was not with accuracy, but with the size of my order. My daughter ordered 3 crunchy beef tacos with only meat, and she got the smallest scoop of meat in two out of three tacos. Check the photo to see what I mean!

Serves good food. The food was fresh. The staff was friendly. But they are bit pricey compared to other fast food places. Place was clean. It also has drive through. Not a big fan of Mexican food but it was good. There naked chalupa was yummy.

This location makes you order on the kiosk, too lazy to take someone’s order at the counter. And the restrooms have no hand soap or sanitizer. I’m actually surprised there were paper towels
