Flagging this because its so DISAPPOINTING!!
Last night upon looking at the Google menu I have ordered Chicken fry piece biryani (Bagara) and I received Chicken biryani instead. I was fine with it.
1. No Salan or Raita (Reason was its done)
2. Realized after opening it, Wow its not even biryani. Its just Chicken curry with rice (oil flood)
3. Am sure it’s made of Sona masoori, Not Basmati and the interesting part: Tomato pieces. Seriously?? ♂️ Who put tomatoes in Biryani. Thats a damnnn
Never ever ordering food here

I liked the each and every item provided in buffet. Different dosa options were available. I tried chicken dosa and egg dosa with chicken soup, that was nice combo. They had other varieties of dosa as well. Plain dosa, masala dosa, mysore masala dosa and podi dosa. Tried almost all the items in the buffet, they are good. Worth trying, you will not be disappointed. Masala tea was also nice.

My wife suggested Indian food as long as the place we went had Butter Chicken which this place did. They had no printed menus but they had a QR code that brought up their website. The menu had a non-vegetarian section that listed each dish with its respective Indian name but no description. There was a little thumbnail picture next to each item but the image for every item was identical.
So essentially, one has to be familiar with Indian food to know what to order. I ordered Hyderabadi Chicken Curry and my wife ordered the Butter Chicken Curry. Both dishes arrived in 2 little bowls. The food was very good. The portions were plenty for 1 dinner meal but not enough to take leftovers home, which most restaurants we frequent do. Bottom line,
portions a little skimpy relative to the price.
Decor was dimly lit and kinda dumpy. Service was just okay. Will probably go back soon but in no rush.

The best vegetarian mandi I’ve had in the U.S.! We also tried their breakfast buffet , absolutely loved it.
The punugulu here are chef’s kiss, and the pulaos and biryanis are simply amazing.

I tried the mandi here and it was amazing in both flavor and taste. The rice was perfectly cooked and the chicken was tender and well-seasoned. It took about 30 minutes to prepare, but it was totally worth the wait. Honestly, this is the best mandi I’ve had in Detroit. I’ll definitely be coming back for it again.

Bought 2 mandi’s yesterday for 50$, i dont know why they called it mandi coz its just pulav rice with regular chicken pieces. There is no fried onions, no salad, no dryfruits, no flavour nothing in it. Please dont sell pulav in tha name of mandi. Had a very undelightful experience.

Food was tasty. The fish was lava fried to perfection. The star was tangy and flavorful and vadas were plump and crispy. The ginger shrimp was a delish blend of tomatoes and ginger. The service was good. My favorite was the fish. It was juicy and cooked well. The seasoning complimented the flavor. I would return for the fish!

My experience at Deccan Delights didn’t quite meet my expectations. The interior was decent—spacious and comfortable—and the staff was warm and welcoming. However, the biggest downside was the wait time. We placed our main dish order at 7:05, but it wasn’t served until 8:50, which was incredibly frustrating. That said, the food itself was flavorful and well-prepared.

Very poor service and food quality. Waited 30 minutes for overly oily Dragon Chicken that was practically dripping with oil. The Mixed Mutton Mandi took almost an hour (50 minutes), and it was a huge letdown, the rice wasn’t properly cooked and remained crunchy, and the mutton pieces were undercooked. After such a long wait, we expected much better. Highly disappointing and not recommended.
