I have ordered the breakfast this morning before ten thirty and this is my times have bad experience with this location . I can to pick up they said there was no any orders for me. They even didn’t want to help me out with this problem. And the staffs ‘ attitude was so bad. I swear I won’t go there anymore and highly recommended people not to go this location anymore.

It’s bad, wouldn’t recommend. I love McDonalds, however I have been to this location 3 or 4 times and it’s always a super long wait, crowded, and disorganized. Had a couple experiences with less than considerate employees. Their food is not bad, but depending on how long you wait for it, it won’t exactly be hot.

Terrible McDonald’s! Definitely the opposite of what was designed for!! 20 mins to order plus another 10 to get my food!! Staff is very rude and unprofessional (just like the old one down the street) Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. Food is cold and greasy. Don’t even bother trying to get a manager too.

Had no issues. Went 01/16 at 11pm. The drive thru was really nice and efficient despite only having 1 or 2 employees. I asked for 8 Honey Mustard sauces and 3 BBQ and she actually put them all in the bag. That is right there 5 stars in my book.

Easily the worst McDonald’s in Montgomery County. Food is often cold, soggy, and incorrect. Customer service is terrible—staff are rude, condescending, and clearly poorly managed, with no accountability or supervision. It feels like employees do whatever they want.
Save your money and go elsewhere. Management and corporate clearly don’t care, as they don’t even respond to negative reviews.
