We were at Shirley’s last night for tacos and trivia! Awsome tacos and the trivia was really fun. I love that the employees go above and beyond to make special request for patrons. If they don’t have it they actually discuss getting it for the next time! That can’t always happen, but at least they try. I’ve yet to find another place that is so accommodating. I’ve never found another bar that makes it a point to greet you with a smile and remember your name and favorite drink! I love that! I also like feeling safe while out drinking and socializing, and I feel absolutely safe at Shirley’s! I know if there were ever a problem, that it would be handled accordingly. As a female patron, I cannot begin to say how important that is. 10/10 Shirley’s crew! 10/10 service and camaraderie. 10/10 safe and fun atmosphere. 10/10 cleanliness! Hands down the cleanest bathrooms in any bar I’ve been. Absolutely the kind of place you’d call your home bar! If you are looking for you slice of the “perfect bar pie” give them a try. Karaoke is so much fun and they have trivia, music bingo, live band nights, and themed parties! There is something for everyone. Shirley’s Shenanigans! Safety and good clean fun, you can’t beat that!

Yesterday my husband and I were excited to go try Trivia and Tacos! We came hungry and thirsty. I’ll detail the interaction I had
Me: “hello! Do you have Bloody Mary mix?
Bartender: “yes we do”
Me: “Awesome! I’ll take a corona michelada”
Bartender “Sorry, we can’t do that”
“Okay, so can you give me a tomato juice back for a corona?”
“No, our system doesn’t have the drink, so we can’t make it.”
WHAT THE…. Really?
Okay, then, this gets worse. Where are the tacos?? Remember we came hungry…
I see a human unloading a crock pot from her Kia Soul. Weird, hey Arkansas Dept of Health!
20 minutes go by, I’m willing to hear them out on the crock pot tacos, after all, the regulars said they were really good. Still no sign of food.
THEN the person doing trivia was handing the answer cards back to the regulars saying “Are you sure?” so that they could change their responses.
It’s definitely not that serious but how unprofessional to blatantly do that in front of others.
Wanted to love it. Very much hated the whole experience. Please do better. I’ll try again. Let’s see if my next interaction is any better or if I have to add more here.

A wonder birthday celebration with karaoke and friends at Shirley’s this evening! High energy and great atmosphere and service! The bar tenders and the DJ was amazing! I highly recommend checking out this new location! We ate before we came but they did have a food truck and people were enjoying it!

I have been coming here for years and it’s my favorite spot to hang out. Karaoke up to three times a week is the best, and live music is chill! The bartenders are all incredible! and the best deal for drinks in town

Pros – Energy was pretty solid – Ended up being Karaoke night which was cool. Could end up being your local go-to bar in Springdale if the atmosphere matches your vibe.
Cons – some tattooed dude who’s an employee, (not sure if he was working when this happened) was definitely the drunkest person there and seemed to be involved in multiple altercations in the few house I was there in which he was taking off his shirt and instigating fights. (Props to the older lady in back for checking him) .
Summary: Worth checking out – might be your style, might not be.
