Our experience at Carmelo started off on a positive note. The waiter was welcoming in the beginning and seemed attentive at first. However, as the evening went on, the service noticeably declined. We ordered a steak medium, but it came out closer to well done. In addition, our food took an unusually long time to arrive, and we felt somewhat forgotten during the majority of the meal.
Spending over $100, we expected a more attentive and consistent level of service. Although we still left a generous tip, the overall experience was disappointing. It seemed as though our waiter may not have truly wanted to be there, which affected the atmosphere of our visit.

I waited an hour and a half to eat last night and it was absolutely worth it! The service, the food, the prices—I can’t believe I’m fanning this much over a restaurant chain, but it was such a good experience. Being able to order a dirty soda was the icing on top of a great dinner. Shoutout to Jacob for exceptional customer service. He was so accommodating, high energy, and knew the menu well enough to make some great suggestions. See you next time!

Tonight at approximately 9:30 PM, I had a very concerning experience at this Texas Roadhouse location. While eating my ribeye steak, I discovered a sharp piece of metal embedded in the meat. This could have easily caused serious injury or choking if I had swallowed it.
I immediately notified the manager. When she came to the table, her response was extremely dismissive. She said “Oh, it’s just a piece from the grill cleaner,” as if that made the situation acceptable. She then looked at the server in a way that suggested we were overreacting, which felt very unprofessional and disrespectful.
Finding metal in food is a serious safety issue, regardless of where it came from. The lack of concern, empathy, and accountability made the experience even worse.
This was not taken seriously at all, and because of that, I do not feel safe returning to this restaurant. I expected much better handling of such a dangerous situation.

Great experience the food good atmosphere the service was Supreme the food was delicious the ribs were so tender they pulled off the bone with a fork. So yummy.

everything was amazing, especially our server Sydney, we had a table of 4 and everyone was satisfied . the Jamaican cowboy drink is the best drink on any menu i’ve ever had . and the steak and shrimp was worth every dollar. very pleased with my visit tonight and the atmosphere was amazing with the college football game going on .

I came for a late lunch with my mom n niece.
From start to finish despite the rush and hustle. Everything went great. This was my first time I believe in recent times. I got the 6 oz sirloin and shrimp.
Sometime soon I’ll be going back for sure .

Our server, Lauren, was fantastic. The steaks were delicious. I took my friend to celebrate his 80th birthday and he really enjoyed the dinner!

Our steaks were undercooked. Then we were told they no longer carry A1 sauce. We had 6 people and were put in a booth too small. The bathroom/kitchen area smelled horrible like urine. Not sure how the employees don’t smell it & think to disinfect. The only good this was our server was amazing. Never had a good experience with food here. I will not be back to this location.

Seems like a great place for families or large groups although the wait was insane. We were told 30 mins but it ended up being over an hour. I was really hoping the food would be worth the wait and I’m happy to say it was. I got steak and shrimp with a baked sweet potato and side Cesar salad. Everything was cooked to perfection and very flavorful. They had some yummy mocktails I had a cranberry one and it was fire. So all in all it was worth the wait. It’s just a shame they don’t do reservations but I can understand why. It’s pretty busy. I also thought it was nice they have a to go walk up window.

We had a blast at the location in Grand Pairie. We were a group of 16 and they were nice and sat us together. The lo ation in Mansfield would not even consider taking our group.
Our server Sasha was very nice and friendly. She made sure our drinks were always full and all of our food was right. This is my new favorite Roadhouse location. Thank you to all of the staff for being so nice to us. We really enjoyed ourselves.
