The wait time for a mobile app order was at least 30+ minutes. I would have left if I had not already paid. The inexperience of the staff working standing around doing nothing while the drive through was running out in the street was insane. People were from the counter clear out the door. I used to frequent this establishment but I won’t ever be returning here. Fix yourself!

Stopped by around lunchtime, looking for a simple treat: three Mocha Moolates and a large order of cheese curds. I even politely confirmed through the drive-thru speaker, “Do you still have Mocha Moolates?” The answer: a confident yes.
What I received: three chocolate shakes and overcooked cheese curds that tasted more like fried regret than comfort food. I went inside to address the error, and while the store appeared clean and the staff was polite, the replacement drinks were not Mocha Moolates either. They were mocha shakes, soft-serve based, missing the ice-and-coffee blend, and not even topped with the proper drizzle. Just whipped cream. A nice try, but still a swing and a miss.
To be clear: I grew up in Wisconsin. I know what a Mocha Moolate is supposed to be and I definitely know how cheese curds should look and taste. This wasn’t it.
This isn’t my first run-in with this location. It’s my third or fourth visit, and, unfortunately, my third or fourth issue. I’ve now submitted a refund request through corporate and won’t be returning.
Consistency matters. Accuracy matters. If you say you serve something, please make sure the team actually knows how to make it.

Almost perfect. Much better than most DQ’s I have ate at. Fast and friendly servixe at noon on a tuesday. Fries and vurger were great vut they forgot to bring my ice cream so I will have to walk back up but that is a minor problem kind of like cold fries that have sat on your tray while you ate a sundae and a burger. Lol

If you are driving by for a quick bite, don’t drive through here. Maybe try dining in. By the time I ordered to the time I got my food, I saw a family enter at the Mexican restaurant across the street, order, eat, pay, and leave. This doesn’t account for the 5-10 families I saw dine in this restaurant and eat.
idk what I did to the workers here because the onion, lettuce, and pickles were off my burger and under the sandwich itself, the bun was somehow wet????? and my fries were cold. like why :'(

Every time I come here it’s to bring my grandfather who is a fully disabled vet and we order the same thing. This is and has been not only his favorite chain restaurant but also his favorite store to go to.
Every employee has been incredibly nice but one cook in the back has made it his business to make my grandfathers burger exactly the way he likes it and whenever we see him he always greets us. Great store and employees.

Very clean and the employees were very professional. The owner was even working with the employees to keep the lines moving quickly. Everyone was greeting with a smile and politely. The ice cream was fresh and not melted and runny like McDonalds and the ice cream machines worked. My burger was very good and tasted like it came off the grill. Highly recommend these guys!

I haven’t ordered another burger there since the last one I got was totally dripping with grease, the bun was soggy, and the cheese was all melted off and all over the box…not to mention the sandwich looked like a 3 year old had put it together. I miss their burgers too Now I always order fish sandwiches (with Xtra tartar sauce that I rarely get) Come on guys, you used to be better than this. The only time my order is right on the money is when Adam or this one female (don’t know her name) is working.

We stopped here while passing through town. From the reviews, I would have expected MUCH better. We ordered two burger meals and both burgers were some of the worst we’ve ever had. I’m used to DQ burgers having a grilled flavor instead of the microwaved, flavorless “meat” we had. The patties were barely warm and had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. The microwaved burgers from the grocery store are better, honestly. The fries were mediocre as well. The only positive was the Oreo blizzard. Ugh! I wouldn’t return to this location again. What a waste of $20!
