I ordered on line and added feta cheese to our Chicken Bacon Artichoke & paid extra for it and still didn’t get it. That happened twice. This time the spinach was wilted and nasty & I had to throw most of the spinach away. We have always loved Papa Murphys but the Republic one has gone down hill. I did the survey online & asked that a manager contact me & no one ever did.
A few months ago I went in and ordered a special Low Carb Style pizza and when the lady was making it I told her maybe she misunderstood me that I wanted it on the pan just no crust. I explained that i wanted everything else though. She was putting it in a pasta dish. She looked at me like I was an idiot and said this would bake the same as a pizza. I realized then it was fine & tried to be polite & thank her for doing it that way for me. When I got home I realized there was no sauce and NO FETA!!! I pay extra for the feta and never get it.

Fantastic! Made my day. I ordered right around 11 when they opened, waited 10 minutes, it was ready when I got there. Left it in the fridge and baked it up this evening. It was perfect!

We placed an online order with a pick-up time of 5:27pm. We finished our errands and got to the store about 5:40. The order wasn’t ready. It’s now 5:51 and we are still waiting for the order. My husband said there was only one guy working in there with several orders both timed and ASAP. That’s just poor management. We just moved to Republic and I guess we’re spoiled by the ones in Springfield because this is so uncharacteristic for Papa Murphy’s. We’ll definitely be reconsidering this as a quick pick up option from now on.

So been there many times . And again issues has happened again . Don’t like being that guy but as well all know . When I do reviews ..I’m always completely honest with all who needs true info . Now being we had a bad issues doesn’t mean you will or had one . So we ordered 2 pizzas with extra toppings and bread Knotts also well wasn’t extra toppings at all and on the one pizza bacon and the artichoke wasn’t even on there again asked for extra toppings which clearly never happened, then on the other pizza said no sausage wanted extra other meats toppings with extra garlic sauce well the sauce was literally so lite could still see the pizza dough. So made the call talked with a ( GM ) or something she said her boss had winked looked through the video and said things looked like the employee did what was supposed to have done . Which . I also know that places like that doesn’t really value customers also . So the ( GM) she said here is a 50% off next visit then she snapped in saying at this point.not sure.wanted to even offer that. Well still have slice of that pizza left . Funny nixa papa Murphys never had a issue there when you pay for extra toppings you get what you pay for . So like it says in some places guess get what you don’t pay for . Papa Murphys is a fantastic thing don’t get me wrong . But when the customer gets what they pay for . I really hope others has a better experience then we did . And in fact. I know there has been others that had issues as well but again . Nixa always had been in our eyes the best one yet so far . But again don’t let us even tho it’s truth don’t let us mislead you away or anything like that . Do your own thing . Just make sure you get what you pay for . 74.00 is a lot of money to spend on a what we had literally was in my eyes a 8.00 pizza. Good Luck to all and.happy belated mothers day to all ..

Went in there tonight at 8:10pm October 17th, 2024 kid had his music super loud! I’m no prude but it was super loud. We had 2 kids with us too. He never said a word. He finally changed his song, so we thought he was going to turn it down, which he did. From 10 to 8 at best. My wife and I couldn’t even talk to each other to decide what to get! We finally just walked out, finally he spoke “have a good night”

Put an online order in at 5:16 with a due time of 5:46. Arrived at due time and pizza wasnt ready. Sat in the lobby and watched them make 13 peoples orders before they completed mine. At 6:15 I finally got my pizza with a snarky “sorry for your wait” response from the teenage girl. Never will come to this establishment again.
