Is this place on the verge of closing down? That’s the vibe I got when we went. There were two of us, and we ordered three burgers to take home. It took about an hour before we got them. And it’s not because they were busy. We were literally the only customers in there. There’s no reasonable explanation for that long of a wait when there’s no one else there. Even if there was one employee in the whole store, and they have to shape and season the burger patties from ground meat by hand for each order, it doesn’t take anywhere near this long to make three burgers. I can’t figure out what they could have been doing back there unless they had to slaughter the cow to get the meat. Also, more than half the items on the menu were crossed off because they didn’t have it and then they didn’t have a few things that we tried to order as well. It’s as if they know they’re going under so they’re not restocking. 1 * because the burgers were actually good. Just juicy enough and had good flavor. The Buns were buttered and toasted. Nice touch that I don’t see very much.

Food took a while to come out and didn’t come out all at once. Kids meals were the last to come out. IMO, wings are too big so if you like crispy wings, you won’t get them here. Also judging by the dark coloring near the bone, there were frozen when they went into the oil. Fries had so much seasoning on them, it looked as if the cap to the shaker fell off while dusting them. Waitress was nice, but I won’t be back.

10/8/2017:Customer service here is really good, server was nice and we’ll spoken. I ordered the burger (Stacker) with a side of tatter tots and the wife ordered the some wings and some queso. Burger was huge, leaving hardly any room for tatter tots, which where no more than acceptable anyhow! The queso is made in house according to the server however seemed from a can or bag, so I could not recommend it. The wings my wife ordered where on par to other local venues and priced accordingly. For a place with burger and wings out front they do these well, however one would advise foregoing the other options. Will return again in the future and could recommend their burgers and wings to others.

Ordered just a hamburger (Double Stacker) this time. The person I was with ordered a burger (zinger) also
The food took much longer (20+ mins) to get to us, which wasn’t a problem for us and we chalked it up to them being understaffed. Maybe someone quit. Anyways when the food came out to us waitress entered it wrong into the computer and two singles came out. She noticed this when she got it to the table, she told me to go ahead and eat it that they would make another one and bring it out to us. They made the other one a double even thou they didn’t have to. Manager can by the table and talked to us about the mix up, she apologized and told us it was the waitresses first day. When I tipped the waitress she didn’t want to take it because she messed up the order, told her everyone makes mistakes and that she was a good waitress. Friendly staff, good manager on duty. Will be returning many times. New menus too.

Hours listed are no longer posted at establishment and are no longer correct. Call before going after dark or risk them not being open. Good food, that’s worth the wait, however they don’t update their hours and seem to still not have a handle on when they want to be open. Have arrived twice now to find they are not open even though hours online show as open. Please keep up to date hours (onsite & on-line) lost two stars for unreliability.

So two of my friends and I went to try zingers out for the first time and I must say it was the worst service I have ever gotten with just three of us at one table and 5 people at other table..We asked for a few mins to look at the menu well 25 mins later the waitress decides to come back to take our order the sad part is there was only two tables to serve with five waitresses oh hand..from the time it took to take our order and get our food it took 2 hours..all I say is the owner need to hire some one to look after this young crowd the hired they were more interestas in hanging out in the back than even being on the floor…I will not be going back
