Absolutely amazing service! Paige and Nikayla went above and beyond to make our visit great. They were both so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind from the moment we walked in. You can tell they take pride in what they do—our food was made perfectly and the whole experience was quick, smooth, and enjoyable. Great customer service like this makes all the difference. Absolutely horrible, I tried to give this location another try after being told like a month ago by employees that the meat and veggies was literally bought from Sam’s club and Walmart due to financial issues with trucks, I went back to try again and it was absolutely disgusting, the food quality is overall horrible, the 2 young women working Monday afternoon were sweet and respectful but the food quality was crappy, the prices are way to high for the food to taste like crap. This place needs new ownership, or something no excuse. This picture is from awhile back but the veggies look just as horrible any other time we are in there. If I could put 0 stars I would.

Worst experience me and my family has ever had here. The overall quality of this establishment has been slowly deteriorating, and today was the worst yet. Their fountain was out of order, they were out of half their toppings, they had no change in their register and would only take the exact amount, the service was poor and one of our subs was completely ruined and almost didn’t get remade. This establishment either needs to be put back together or shut down. There is no excuse for this.

Tables are always nasty. They never get any of my orders right. They are always out of product. This is the most ridiculous and frustrating subway I have ever been to. Employees always in the back not tending to customers or on their phones. I will be contacting corporate.

Apparently when new workers start here at Bluefield Walmart you do.t get what you ask for. I was there today and I was telling g this new woman who is working that I would like a lot of onions on my sub, I kept telling her I put alot more onions than what she was putting on my sub. She didn’t want to put hardly any. If a customer is buying a sub then they should get what they ask for. I miss Hannah who worked at the Subway in Bluefield Walmart. She was the best and she knew my order as soon as I walked in. I can’t stand these new workers and it’s a shame. I’m so disgusted by how my sub was made. Just disgusted. I wo t be buying no more subs here from now on. And one ti.e before I asked for a bit and this guy only put 3 pieces of bacon on my sub. If other people want nasty food made go ahead. I hope and pray Hannah gets to come back. She is like I said the greatest sub sandwich maker EVER. They lost a customer but oh well I will just take my money elsewhere.

Maya was wonderful. I am a merchandiser who frequents this location and stopped in to grab a quick lunch during my half hour break. She had 5 footlongs for a pickup order lined up and I felt awful for adding to her workload. She was very friendly and immediately began working on my order when I approached the counter. It took her less than 5 minutes to have my order ready to perfection and me on my way. This girl deserves some praise and a raise!
