The food was great, the place is moderately clean. Service was curt but polite. Had the plastic order sign ( they bring your eat in order to the table) been absolutely filthy I would have considered another half star.

This place is very close to my new job, and I’ve had it twice now. I am impressed! The lunch rush in this area is a little crazy, but this place manages to keep the efficiency high and not sacrifice the friendliness and overall customer service. The people working here really go out of their way to create a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The food is wonderful, and is served fast. I hope they pay those employees well; they deserve it.

It had been quite some time since I last ate at a Backyard Burger. I remember my previous experience being sub par, but not terrible. Earlier this week my fiancee wanted to take me to lunch somewhere near where I work. He was in the mood for a good burger so we decided to go here. The food is impeccably better than I remember, much better quality ingredients on all items we had. My fiancee is a big fan of chili cheese fries and orders them anytime he sees them. These were the best he’s ever had. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained and the time from ordering the food to having it delivered was very quick, and didn’t appear to be hastily put together.
But I really wanted to comment on an employee there named Everett. He was by far the most charismatic, welcoming, and engaging person I’ve ever encountered. This goes for any customer service I’ve experienced. Your company is profoundly lucky to have him.

Food is always prepared like it was ordered. Always hot and not a problem to request them to leave off something. Never had a bad experience no matter what I order, burger, chicken or turkey. I like the Waffle fries better than the seasoned, sometimes they could use a few seconds longer, but if you ask, they are happy to oblige.

In terms of food, this Back Yard Burgers is slightly better than the average fast-food burger joint, however, the service is easily the worst I’ve ever had. Not only was the employee servicing the window incredibly off-putting, but my food was wrong. That being said, when I went back inside to get my order fixed, the manager made my burger quickly. After all that, once I got the new burger, it was easily the best burger I had there in quite some time.

I come here for lunch about once a month. The food is always fresh. Prices are a little bit higher than other fast food places, but the food tastes like real food, not weird frozen cardboard hamburgers. My favorite order is the Wild Turkey Burger with waffle fries. The service here is always excellent.

Worst burger I’ve had in years. Dry, charred, and lukewarm. I was there about 2:30, figure it had been sitting on the grill since lunch and they were happy to get rid of it to a drive-through customer. I don’t like the golden arches, but wish I’d gone there (right next door) for half the price.

First time at a Back Yard Burger. Swiss and mushroom burger was delicious, the seasoned fries were hot and just out of this world awesome, I liked the tea, service was alright, dining room was clean. There was an issue with the credit card machine, hope that’s fixed soon for them. I’ll be back again soon!

This was an absolute terrible experience. We waited forever for the food. It was not good. After waiting we were informed they were out of ice. Just an all around bad experience.
Other visits resulted in similarly bad experiences. Seems to be a staff issue, the chain as a whole is good.
