Sweetest people with a welcoming atmosphere. Great place to take dinner to go, or even sit at their picnic table just outside the truck. Affordable prices for generous portions. I had the steak hibachi and shrimp tempura, definitely a hit! Will be going back.

Lucky is a fantastic cook and has an awesome story! My husband and I stopped by to get some sushi rolls and he had us taste test some chicken wings and egg rolls he cooked up while we waited! Definitely worth the stop everything we ate was hot fresh and tasty! Will definitely be returning! 10/10

I tried this for the first time and was seriously impressed! The hibachi was so delicious and fresh,portions were generous, prices were fair and everything came out quickly! Definitely will be back! They also have a great deal if you are buying any two hibachi meals, you will get sushi roll for free! So if you like sushi and hibachi, it’s definitely right place!

Sushi tasted fresh and came in a nice togo container suitable for offices, and the ginger provided tasted fresh and snappy.
A little less than a dollar per sushi roll, which ends up beating out most fast food joints nearby in terms of $/food value, not to mention the wait is just as long. It’s probably going to be my daily lunch spot from now on.

Went earlier tonight and was charmed by the amazing crew that they have!! I asked about lower sodium options for their food, and they worked with me to figure iut what would be the best plan! And the food was absolutely amazing!! I got the combination noodles (no shrimp) and it was some of the best stir fried noodles I’ve had in years. I will 100% be back, and I cannot recommend d them enough!!

Very Delicious Hibachi and even more delicious sushi.. I reccomend to going here at 168 sushi and hibachi for food. I had the steak hibachi and the 168 Roll… Both were fantastic and i will be coming again. Thank you 168!
