We ordered in and we shared the number 42. It’s supposed to come with like a noodle salad type thing but we ordered extra vegetables because we don’t want to eat the week. We divided it between two people and it’s delicious. It’s actually enough for two people or one person for two meals. Mom and I love it. It gives you chicken and beef. Blue teriyaki sauce is to die for. Yum.

Every time I stop by I never have any issues the food is great from the regular katsu chicken plate to the bbq mix one. I haven’t tried spam and eggs but Im sure there not bad I just prefer a plate of bbq.I also like the fact that you can serve your self all the katsu sauce that you want and the teriyaki sauce other places only want to give you one sauce and give you a look wen you ask for another one.

First time in California, had a craving for something new I’ve never tried before; Ono BBQ was just a short walk distance from my hotel, and boy was I impressed!
Didn’t know what to order so I was suggested the #44 BBQ & Katsu Mix.
Food 10/10, Atmosphere 10/10, Customer Service 10/10.

The food was basically bland but the chicken fresh in the beef fresh I don’t like having pasta or macaroni salad and steamed rice it seems like an over starch a carb explosion so I always ask for the salad but they’ll charge you $.25 more to be healthy / lotta sauces quick service very nice staff and unfortunately though this style of food is just not my flavor

Read here, before completing your order online, over the phone, doordash, grub hub, etc… This location purposely doesn’t add/include any side sauces of any sort unless you dine in. They know most customers won’t check or can’t check if ordered online or over the phone.They do this to cut cost and stretch out their supply. The customer service inside is very sad, the employees look like they don’t want to be there. No greet or thank you when entering or leaving. Very rude and poor service.

Always good food, good service and always in a timely manner. The only thing I have a problem is the order box set up. Gets confusing of where to go or what lane to order your food.

Service has went down hill as waits are 40 mins and they jump orders and it’s like they don’t care. The usual answer to a long wait “oh it’s coming right out” what kind of answer is that when people are waiting for long people of time. Management if they are ever there need to work on there business etiquette so I took 2 stars from a 5 star.

The proteins with Vega and macaroni are so good. I love meats combo that really helped my body healthy. I have so much respect to workers doing their job, and doing fantastic work on this meal.

Came back after not eating Ono’s for a few months. Ordered the Hawaiian BBQ beef and it tasted like raw fish. I’m not a fish person, so I could get past 2 bites.
I don’t know if they grilled it in fish oil or something but that’s $20 in the garbage. I hope that was an accident and not how they cook it now. I’m sure someone likes it, and this used to be my favorite food (like I used to eat it every day), but I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon.

Solid portion sizes and decent flavor, as always. (I like how most hawaiian BBQ places are so consistent with their flavors and portions.)
I got a mini meal with BBQ beef. It came with some sauce, which I think would taste great with fried dishes but not on their BBQ. “Mini meal” might sound too small for most people, but it’s really sizable at Ono and plenty of food for even a hungry gal like me.

My husband has been here several times, but it was my first time at this location. I wasn’t very hungry so I just ordered a side of the chicken katsu. It’s a great deal only $3.69 with tax and they give you a lot. This location is clean, everything on the menu was presented well and there’s a few pictures to describe some of the items. If you wanted to dine in there’s enough space to be comfortable. Make sure you get the sauce to compliment your chicken teriyaki or chicken katsu. Great place!!
