I was given the correct bag, but the wrong order inside. Normally, I check my bag before I go, but it’s my fault I didn’t. I’m allergic to a few ingredients inside the order I received. There were a few customers inside, sitting down eating, but maybe 2-3 people waiting to place an order. It was not busy. However, the younger crowd who works at night may need to pay a little more attention to what they’re doing when placing items in the bags. Also, when paying ($1.00)for the new Chimi Sauce, instead of getting a corner of sauce, give the correct amount that’s suppose to be given. If it’s not enough made for that night, just refund the money. A new order on the following day would have been ok, but to have to go on the website and request a refund is nuts. Just wanted the food I had been craving for.

I had just moved to the area and went in to pickup food for our first meal at the new place – being gluten free I have to be a little more particular about how my food is prepared. This team understood how to safely follow their allergen protocol and they gave me a discount to welcome me to town! Seriously wish I could give 6 stars – the staff here are exceptional. The food is always amazing. My only problem is that i went in today to pick up a mobile order with my boyfriend i had placed. I had ordered 2 bowls and used my rewards for a free SIDE of queso. We had checked the bag to make sure we had gotten the side of queso that i had ordered, because last time we ordered it from this location we did not get it but we had already gotten home so i didn’t want to make it a big deal. The side of queso was not in the bag so my bf went up to the counter and asked about it and of course it wasn’t on the receipt. The lady at the counter was very rude and said it was our fault and our problem for it not being on the receipt. We pulled up the mobile order on our phone that shows and says “Side order of queso” The manager came up and asked what the problem was and we explained the situation and she told us “Yeah the rewards are weird it actually puts the queso on your entree instead of it being a side order” Thats not true you’re just lazy. I didn’t want to cause a scene because that was the stupidest thing she could’ve said. No other chipotle i’ve been to and the amount of times i’ve been to one has had the SIDE. of queso put on to my entree. I’ve always for the last 10 years over 60+ times used my rewards for a side of queso and i have gotten a literal SIDE (like it says online) of queso. I am not trying to be a Karen, but the fact that the employees let alone the manager was being so rude and disrespectful and saying that it was our fault and problem we didn’t get a side of queso is aggravating. We just left. I always love this chipotle and the food is absolutely amazing every-time but learn some god damn manners

So, last night, my wife ordered us a late dinner. Since it was their final hour of being open, as a service industry worker, I felt bad and apologized and asked if my wife tipped them through her order.
The girl told me “oh we don’t get tips off of online orders”… so I gave them a $10.00
Only to get home to tell my wife about it, and have her tell me she did tip them on the app.
So something messed up is going on.
Either she straight up lied to get more tip, or Chipotle keeps online tips and doesn’t distribute them to their employees.
Idk, we won’t tip online again, and that’s if we order from this location anymore. Chipotle has sadly fell off these past couple of years.
A place we would once visit once a week, this was our first order in over like 4 months.

The establishment had a limited selection of meat options (only chicken options) I ordered Sprite, but it turned out to be mineral water instead. Unfortunately, the staff members were unwelcoming and displayed unpleasant attitudes. The trash had piled up, and many of the drinks were unavailable. If I had the option, I would give this place a zero-star rating. It was a truly terrible experience. Will not come again!!

I ordered this meal with Door Dash again, the delivery guy was fast and he was polite. I ordered 2 chicken burritos, extra chicken, with chips and 1 red sauce and 1 guac. The meal was great and very effective to the body. I say if you want to lose weight eating here, I believe you could because everything tasted so fresh to me. I will be ordering again but from the one that is closer to me on side of town. Great burritos.

Loud music isn’t what I’d expected. And why did my second burrito end up half size? Still cost more than moes but much less food. Food was ready and accurate, not sure why a lack of veggies and beans means compatible to kid size.

I ordered a large bag of chips with my order. The chips were rubbery and leathery. Absolutely inedible. They also forgot to add the large salsa’s to my order. I’ve eaten less chipotle over the years because the quality has obviously been in a freefall. I used to order meat, but don’t anymore for this reason. Overall, not worth it. Just go to one of the many other drive thru’s. Or just make a bowl at home.
