It’s 1:43am Friday November 1, 2025, our service had a great attitude despite she was the ONLY person on shift with NO management or help.. the tables were still stacked with messy plates and food.. ppl kept coming in.. our server still managed to provide great service. This place should fire their manager!! Poor leadership and… I recommend not to ever invest your time or money to this place.. we came to this restaurant since it was still under its grand opening.. I will not ever come back to this place. I hope the server that attended us find a new work place.

We went on a busy Saturday Valentine’s Day but that didn’t stop the great service by Steven and Martha. They worked great as a team to take care of us and the customers. Answersed all of our questions and still didn’t miss a beat while doing their serving tasks. Food was hot and fresh and served in a timely manner!! I order a Philly cheesesteak omelette which seemed more like a mushroom and onion with four chunk of flavorless meat thrown on top of the un appetizing omelette. Terrible taste and terrible presentation which I would care if it had tasted something like a Philly . Cook must have been in a rush since the meat was actually four big chunks thrown on top nothing to do with a Philly the food was out within 8-10 mins and it looked like it was! Very rushed and old ingredients . Service was just as bad ! We had to get up five time to ask for items that were missing or to exchange old bacon for fresh cooked . For only having two families I was blowed away by not feeling taken care of while we were there . Not once did waiters check up on us or asked if we needed anything else .

I felt like the server could have been more friendly. I felt like since I was there to take advantage of a birthday meal through the app she didn’t really give the best service. I will give them another try because the location is convenient and the building is nice. I think the Black Bear Dinner has better food, and additudes.

From the moment we walked in, the greeter was cheerful and quickly seated us. As I observed the crew working as it was fully packed. Beginning with the chefs that were putting out food quickly, the servers that served us within 10 minutes and the bus boys that quickly cleaned and had it ready for the next group. We were really impressed. We don’t go to Denny’s often, only depending on what area we’re in. But this one I think was the best I have seen. I spoke to Noe the manager, and he was very grateful, and said that his team really work together to give the best service possible. I can definitely attest to that.

The food was absolutely delicious, and they went above and beyond by preparing a custom-made meal exactly the way I requested. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly attitude truly stood out. We had went out for dinner and our server Steven was awesome. I got the spicy chicken skillet and I don’t eat pork, Steven recommended the turkey bacon and man it was delicious! Good Food, Good Customer Service! Food was hot and ready!

I usually stop by to Denny’s for coffee. This was my first time at this location and I didn’t like the coffee. The food was good as usual, service was great too. Good thing it’s big, lots of seating area and huge parking lot. They were so busy but our food didn’t take long. The servers were doing really good job. Expensive food but everything is these days
