I ordered my pizza the little girl at tge front literally told me I’ll let you kno when it comes out (45 min later) the couple tht came 10 minutes after me gets 2 pizzas and they continue to fill the portal when I’m standing right there the whole time I said are you kidding me I been here longer than them and they get served before me and had more food? crazy right? she has the nerve to tell me to calm down and asked what did I order!? I’m standing there telling her. thisis unacceptable and she hands me one out of the the ready portal, after 45 min I expect a cooked fresh pizza the girl u got there with the ponytail is a joke she totally forgot my order

Ordered our food, and went to pickup. Turns out they gave our food to someone else. And they had to remake our order. Not a single sorry or any acknowledgement they did something wrong. Just rudely told me to wait for 15 minutes.

The service is 100% a mess on weekends! The portal doesn’t work for 1, then you go to pick your pizza order from the counter only to find out your pizza has been given out already or isn’t ready yet and have to wait 20-30 minutes for your order that said was ready for pick up. A small room filled and out the door line of people who ordered and had the same thing said to them. SMH. Whoever is the manager to the ONLY little Cesar’s in LB, you’re failing miserably here! We won’t be back there.

This Little Caesars is usually awesome, and I’ve never had a problem. Their pizza is always good, so I can’t complain about that. But today, their app was down, so I called to order. Some lady with a heavy accent answered after a long wait and asked for the last four digits of my number, my first and last name. Then she asked what I wanted to order. When I was done, she said I should order online. I told her the app wasn’t working, and she confirmed it was down. Then she told me to come into the store to order. So I asked, “Can’t I order over the phone?” And she stupidly said “yes.” I asked again, “So, yes, I can order over the phone, or no, I can’t?” And she said I couldn’t. I don’t know if she works there, but she was super rude, and I don’t get why she asked for my info if she wasn’t going to take my order. It was so annoying. They need to fix the app so we don’t have to deal with customer service like that again.

I ordered 30 minutes AHEAD and our food looks like it was rushed with no care. I ordered an extra most bestest pepperoni, crazy bread, and wings. The wings were LITERALLY the only good portion of my meal. The crazy bread looks like SHREK’S FINGERS, that’s not how they supposed to look like. The pizza looked OKAY at best, half of the pepperoni was crusty by the time I ate it. Thanks for helping me waste $25….

I pick up food for delivery for doordash and it’s almost always a 30 minute wait while my customers are expecting their pizza at a certain time and it never fails this place is always late.I get a text saying the order is ready which they must send out so they can make it look like they are on time.The staff is very unorganized and never even know my order I have to show them numerous times.They have absolutely no customer service skills to say the least They will forget about your order over and over then respond rudely when you ask for the pizza I noticed pizzas sitting out in the middle of the kitchen today uncookedthen when I went back about 2 hours later they were still there at room temperature That is very gross considering food needs to be kept at a certain temperature and grows bacteria on it after sitting more than 15 minutes at the room temperature. I wish this place had some kind of organizational skills and sense of urgency. I wouldn’t eat this pizza ever! I don’t feel that people should be promised hot and ready when the wait is always 30 minutes or more!

Bought pepperoni pizza, crazy bread combo, and Buffalo wings. When I arrived home and opened the items, all of them were burnt. Half the crazy bread was rock solid. There was no way they didn’t notice it was burnt.
