Of all the mcdonald’s within a 15 mile radius this is the best one. Employees are actually nice and show hospitality. That is not found in the fitchburg location. For the most part orders are correct and a busy drive thru moves at a good pace. If around winchendon come to this mcdonald’s rather than it’s sister stores.

Don’t order from this place on DoorDash if you want edible food. Ice cold bacon, crunchy ice cold eggs, and ice cold hashbrowns. Even the soda was watered down and disgusting. I will never order delivery from this place ever again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Food is always lukewarm and/or dried out. The mocha frappe’s are never full, less whipped cream and drizzle. The prices go up, quality and quantity are going down. Winchendon restaurant is one of the worst McDonald’s around.

No waiting in the drive thru, which was a nice change. Order was ready as we pulled up to the window. Kids said the food tasted like every other McDonald’s. The fries were luke warm but, salted enough to make up for it.
I must say, I was disappointed with the attitude of the employees towards me I always say please & thank you. When doing so I got no response whatsoever. No hello, no thank you and no have a nice day. The employees I had contact with didn’t just act unhappy to be there, they made me feel as though I was actually an annoyance to them. Very rude and unprofessional, all in all not a good experience.
Kids were happy they got there food. That’s what really .matters in the end

Is the deluxe spicy chicken a full size or dollar menu size? Asking because I always cut my stuff in half (don’t judge) and I noticed it was a lil lopsided, but I figured it was the overlapping tomato phenomenon in effect, except that it wasn’t. (See pic below) Now I assure you I did not leave over an inch of chicken hanging off the other side when cutting.

Order is never right regardless of which Mcdonalds I go to in the area. I understand I usually order for a family of 5 or 6 but attention to detail is key but not rocket science. Some Managers I’ve dealt with have been helpful and understanding but the staff really needs to do better.
