Pizza Hut and Papa Johns always adds extra cheese when selected, but for some reason, this Dominos location either refuses, forgets, or doesn’t see on the ticket that there is extra cheese.
Can you tell from the photo which pizza has extra cheese? Nah, didn’t think so!

Extremely disappointed!! I ordered a pizza with full sausage and half pepperoni / half extra cheese. It came over-cooked and with half pepperoni – no extra cheese and no sausage at all. I tried to call and got an auto message with the only option to ‘press 0 when ready to order’. I pressed zero and it rang at least 30 times but no one answered. I tried two more times and no one ever picked up.

Our address has an error on the website so we have no option other than to call in. My mother reached a lady tonight and was disconnected mid order, while trying to call back our calls were ignored or picked up and hung up only once did someone pick up then stated “we are closed” and hung up, I find it hard to believe this as it was 7pm on a Wednesday. There was no option to ever speak to a manager or anyone other than the rude employee who hung up before I could speak. Please update addresses on your website if your employees refuse to provide any costumer service over the phone. I am highly disappointed in my experience with Columbia Falls Domino’s, clearly the employee’s and management need more training on customer service.

Do not come here, they WILL steal your money! I went in to pick up an order for $29.57 after tip and the shady employees ended up giving themselves an extra $10 tip on top, charging my card for $39.57
I’ve tried calling to dispute and can’t get ahold of a manager, so good luck if anyone else has these problems, they will avoid you.
For $39 I would’ve rather gone to NorthFork, at least they actually put cheese on the pizza and its not just sauce and pep

Messed up my pizza, wrong chicken, nasty cold cheese…. pizza was good but it’s smashed or something was dropped on it. Why is it so hard to find good quality???

Scammed!! Ordered 132.00 worth of Pizza for my workers, pizza was never delivered. Called store 10+ times finally lady answered sounded like she had been asleep and confirmed she would cancel order so I wouldnt be charged. Few days later card was charged and I filed a dispute. Apparently they lied to CC company and now I had to pay for 132.00 in Pizza plus tip that was never delivered…This place is a scam…Do NOT order here..they do not provide food but still you pay…Total Scammers

Beyond slow. Well over an hour when order said 15 minutes. Placed order and it was marked as being prepped by Roen at 7:42. It was estimated to be finished in 12-15 minutes. I showed up 25 minutes later and he said he hadn’t even started the pizza yet and maybe he would get around to it in 30 minutes. Over an hour since I placed my order and these slow jokers hadn’t got it yet. They lie on the app and mark things in progress and move astonishingly slow. Come here if you want to wait hours and 5-7 times the amount quoted for an order. This place sucks.
