We came here after I had received a recommendation. The atmosphere is bright and clean. I enjoyed my orange chicken but my guy wished that his lemon pepper chicken had been breaded the same way. Prices were in keeping with other places. If I wanted to have a big group this would be a perfect place! Also appreciate that they are up front with the 4% card fee.

I was a little weary after reading some of the reviews, but our friends that we went here said it was one of their favorites. Maybe we were lucky, but they sat us in great location that was clean and had lots of natural light, our server KENDALL was amazing and very helpful with the menu selections, and every dish we ordered and tried was on point with flavor, texture, temperature, etc.
Notable dishes for me were Khan Mongolian beef (my favorite, definitely recommend), the crystal rolls, and the miso soup were all great.

Haven’t been here in a while and I can honestly say it was AMAZING! The service was great and the food was delicious and light. We started with the steamed pot stickers – ohh so good! My entree was to the vegetable roll bowl. I couldn’t get enough! Very delicious and healthy! Will be back for sure.

If I could give this place & their food no stars I will. First let me tell you how when I called the manager he had the nerve to tell me because he has no bad rates that our food being cold was not valid. He blamed it on the 26 degree weather & I live 5 minutes away. I told him that I wanted my kk ey back and he said not to ever come back to his restaurant he doesn’t know who I am, and didn’t care to hear my opinion. This food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered fried rice and the rice was yellow no vegetables nothing in side. This was beyond disappointing for my first time trying them and I’m a foodie at that.

This a great place to eat. There is great variety in dishes. The atmosphere is elegant yet comfortable. You feel comfortable being dressed down in jeans and nice shirt or were a suit or dress. The egg drop soup was excellent as was the sweet and sour chicken.

So i ordered sweet and sour chicken from here, when we finally recieved our order an 1 1/2 later the chicken was hard and stringy that you could barley cut with a steak let alone chew. With regard of this i called the manager/owner and told him that the food was inedible. So, when I told him that you could hardly cut it with a he laughed at me and proceeded to tell me that you dont eat sweet and sour chicken with a you eat it like fried chicken followed by another chuckle! So, i asked him to replace my order or give my money back, again another chuckle followed by ive been serving this all night and your my first complaint ( find that hard to believe, but ok). So again explained it is inedible again another chuckle proceeded by how to eat their sweet and sour chicken. I even offered to bring the food back to him so he could see for himself. Again, followed by a chuckle!
I hung up the phone.
I have been in the food industry for quiet sometime know and have never been treated so dismissed of my concerns before. I have ordered from this place many times before and never once complained. So for me to be dismissed so easly over food that i didnt feel that was not safe for consumption, here is this my public complaint. I have not or would never have treated one of my customers this way!

I parked my car here at August Moon. Took my kid around on his tricycle before eating and came back and my car was towed.
The owner had my car towed. My kid was literally on his tricycle and I was asking where my car was. He threw up his hands and acted like a victim. I asked if he was the owner and his name he would not give me his name. Instead he told me to leave and get out instead of helping. This man acted horribly unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Th

I called the police and they are having an officer deal with him.

Decent place for Chinese food. Lunchtime was strangely empty and yet still felt understaffed. Menu is typical, with a few interesting twists like the crunchy noodles as garnish.
