I’ve never been a huge fan of take and bake pizza but Papa Murphy’s has really stepped up their game in the last few years! The pizza is always fresh, accurate, and delicious – that pan crust is to die for!! The staff are friendly, helpful, and quick to fix any issues. This is our new go-to for pizza!

The problem lies in their automatic tipping online. We went online and ordered the pizza we wanted. Drove to the store to pick it up. Went into the store, gave our name, and the pizza was handed to us. Drove home and then cooked the pizza ourselves. The pizza was pretty good, no issue with that. Here is the problem…the online system automatically adds a 15% tip to all orders when you check out whether you want it or not. This is take out…a pick up and cook it yourself. Not much different than picking up a something at Safeway next door. Why is there an automatic tip added??? I may or may not tip in this situation, but to have it automatically on you bill unless you go about the steps to change or remove it seems a bit sketchy.

I went in Christmas Eve evening. There were 3 young adults working hard and very respectful. My pizzas were made right and well. The young girl wished me a Merry Christmas with a smile. I felt seen and valued.

Ordered a chicken pineapple w/BBQ sauce base. Haven’t had Papa Murphys in a couple years, overall it was good but a little light on the chicken, BBQ sauce was sweeter than I remembered.
Also got a Pepperoni Mozzarella Calzone, Chicken Caesar salad and (of course) a Cinnamon Wheel–which was just as good as I remembered it.

Delicious pizza and very nice competent staff. We love Papa’s Favorite and we both over ate because it was so good. I could say, go light on the green peppers as it was a little too much for my taste.

Since my arrival in the Lacey area from Arizona, the price of an original crust with lite toppings is charged the same as a pizza with full toppings. In Arizona this pizza is usually 65% of the full price. The manager thinks he’s special and displays a terrible attitude, which rubs off on the employees

What happened? We have always been completely satisfied with Papa Murphy’s pizza we have ordered here.
This time they skipped putting the toppings over the complete pizza, Especiall skipping around the edges. I should have paid attention when I picked up the order. They have probably lost our business. Sure they don’t care, too bad.
