I was leaving the drive-through when a car came out of nowhere and I had to hard stop and all of my daughter’s Curly fries fell. I went in there asking if they can replace them and I explain what happened and they gave me a brand new fry with no problem. that’s awesome so thank you!

Very well run, was clean and good arrived quickly. Bathrooms are annoying as they have a cypher lock that only employees can type in. After ordering our food she let my wife and I in to use since we stopped on a road trip. Otherwise good location and was clean.

My family and I wanted to avoid a grocery store trip in favor of a quick, guilty pleasure meal. We ordered through the app, knowing full well, it’s Friday night and it’s going to be busy. It was slammed. I felt bad for these people. But they were really rocking it. The manager, I am assuming, was calling things out and getting stuff together like she was running a 5 star restaurant. They got me my order and had been apologizing the entire time for the wait. But as someone who has worked in the service industry, waiting patiently is the least I can do for people handling the dinner making for my household. They ended up forgetting something even I had forgotten about, but were quick to replace the missing items and try to offer compensation. I politely declined because there was just no need. They were all doing their best under some of the hardest conditions. I 100% recommend this place for your fast food needs. I live in Kingsburg and the travel to Dinuba is worth it.

Service was horrendous, lobby had 3 customers waiting to order, and cashier’s and rest of the staff were too busy focusing on the drive thru. Why have an open lobby if all your going to do is ignore in store customer’s. I know the GM of the restaurants push for the drive thru to serve first for monetary purposes. Also wifi is impossible to use, when trying to sign onto their wifi this big jack in the box pop up blocks the check off consent to use box, so there’s no way to use it.

Food was hot and delicious wait time not so much. Granted it was 2 in the morning with nothing else open so there’s that. We waited patiently because the food is always great ar this location.

Food and atmosphere are really good no issues with them, however the customer service on nights is the worse. Employees never have a smile on their face, act like they don’t want to be there, don’t say anything back when you ask for things, feel like a brick wall is giving me my food.
