I haven’t been to this BK in a while, when I was going to Ventura college I use to always stop here get my 99 cent whoppers times have changed the hamburgers have gotten smaller and pricey everywhere, anyhow looks like this burger king isn’t keeping up to date and when I got there took like 5 min to take my order, I hope BK turns it around and makes a change would hate too see the go outa business like K Mart

Escalating expert from Burger King. Terrible encounter again with this irritating confrontational Black/Hispanic cashier woman armed with a venomous personal disposition seemed ever eager to engage in hostilities with customer not for the first time. To harbor such ire within the workplace, and extend it to customers, is indeed pitiable. Looking at these bad reviews about her, this person looks like a trouble here in town.
Long story short: I went to the drive thru last night and endeavored to place my order, the microphone seemed broken, a recurring issue I had previously reported, as had others. Even tho I kept repeating myself soon the impatience oozed from this black or hispanic cashier woman’s every word, a peculiar tone accompanying her retorts: “What What What, What you just said What” ”Louder, Ain’t hearing any what” One could be forgiven for thinking her talents might lie in the world of rap, were it not for the confines of her current station. All I replied was “I’m sorry but the microphone seems broken you guys should fix it”. Then she closed the window and had me wait in the drive thru for 15 mins and then came back threatened to call cops. I was there to get food not a fight over her own grievances, her ugly attitude or her middle finger. Even her coworkers were trying to stop her from escalating but she was just insane. Instead of her calling the cops, I called 911 over her concerning abnormal and weird behaviors and 911 suggested me report this incident and complaints against her to BK management team. No customer should be treated like this. Yet she stood resolute, perpetuating her unsightly confrontational demeanor doing nothing but escalating while getting paid at work…
It is shameful and pathetic to bring her own resentment and attitude to work or even to customers. Just quit the job if she hates doing it. Don’t make BK look bad!! Let her go
I’ve been a fan of BK but this encounter is unacceptable, me and my family will not come to this location again as long as she’s still working here.

The person who took our order was inaccurate and rude. When we got our order, we realized we had been shorted items. I went back inside to get it corrected and had to explain it two or three times as she argued with me. When I got home, I discovered that our croissanwiches had been made wrong, so I took it back, arriving between 10:15-10:20 and asked to speak to the manager for either a refund or replacement of the food that was wrong, plus the two items that were now cold. I had to be insistent as she kept trying to ignore me, once I did get her attention, she argued with me and was very rude, and tried to dismiss my complaint saying that I’d ordered my food an hour ago (it was less than 25 minutes), and I had to explain several times what was wrong with the order. I repeated that I wanted the side items replaced with hot items, or a refund, and she ignored me from that point on until I left the botched order at the store.

BK @ Telegraph and Victoria in Ventura, CA is in a busy stripmall area with a Vons and other shops. Very heavy car and foot traffic and they manage to get it done both for walk in or drive thru.
They are pretty much adjacent to a McDonalds and both do well. My preference has always been BK.

Tried the new French Toast Sticks which are really good much better than Wendy’s French toast Sticks. We just did a taste test between the two. Burger King Sticks win hands down.

Not a car in line, we pull up and it takes them more than 5 minutes to even come over the speaker. We order and have to repeat what we wanted and they still would read it off wrong when the screen has it correct. Get to the window and now we are waiting 10 minutes for anyone to come to the window to take our payment. Could hear some guy talking but could only hear his side of the conversation so we figured he was on the phone. Take care of your drive through customers first!

In all honesty, this is by far the worst BK I have ever dined at. The tables were dirty, the floor was sticky, the smell of urine lingered all over, and one bathroom had NO toilet paper (thank God I only went in to wash my hands). Literally, the worst experience ever!

Having experienced mostly negative visits to Burger King in northern California this location was a pleasant surprise. Food was piping hot and cheese melted with fast and friendly service. 2:30 pm seems to be the sweet spot at this establishment
