Absolutely horrible I would give it no stars if I could. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES RIGHT. PLEASE HIRE HONEST PEOPLE! At 8:27 PM on August 28, 2025 my husband went to the store. My husband wants to pay for two pizzas that we had ordered and even left a 10% tip. The girl at the register Had ran his card twice Claiming “ it didn’t go through “ We very clearly saw that the keypad had said approved. But we didn’t think Twice about it because she said the keypad was broken. Come to find out That when we went to another store to get diapers for our two month old baby, the card had been charged twice After his card was declined. In the pictures below, you can clearly see the receipt. She handed us says $30.40 Because that is not including the tip. The 10% tip had brought it up to $34.54. And very clearly in the picture next to the receipt, you can see that it says $34.54 was charged twice to my husband’s card. We proceeded to call the store tell them about the mistake she made, and she denies that she ever made a mistake. We proceeded to tell her we can come to the store and show her and she says no that’s OK. I will not be refunding it either way. I then asked to see a manager, and she claims to be the manager. So then I proceeded to ask for the general manager And she says no. I tell her she is going to give me the general manager’s name or I will contact HR And she says I can call the next day for the general manager, and when I ask for her name to tell the general manager who I was talking to, she refuses, which is why I felt like I need to give direct time stamps. Her direct quote Was “ I don’t feel comfortable giving you my name ” Which I can understand to a certain extent, however this does make me believe that she is not in fact a manager, but it makes me believe that she knows she made a mistake. Whether or not this lady thinks that I would go to her manager or not it’s completely unacceptable. I asked her when her manager would be in and I have to argue with her for 10 to 15 minutes because she did not want to tell me when her manager the general manager would be in. I seriously doubt That any consequences will be taken with the lady who did this And honestly, I wouldn’t want any consequences to happen to this lady at the end of the day we’re all trying to make a living. I only wish she would have taken responsibility for her mistake , been honest about it And I can only hope to get a hold of the general manager tomorrow, but if all else fails, I guess I will have to keep calling until I get ahold of a manager or figure out a way to get ahold of hr and proceed to figure it out from there Because over $60 for two pizzas is absolutely ridiculous and there is no way that is right. And there is no way that I want a free pizza or credit to make up for it. I just want my money back So I can buy my daughter some diapers.

Usually when you order pizza it comes with cheese, and some sauce. Mine had barely any of either. Hard to understand how you could make a pizza so not right. Just saying. Won’t be visiting again.

So much for the 9.99 deal. It ended up being $18 and change before tip. Total BS. Very deceptive. Pizza just arrived missing 2 of the toppings. Just not good, If you live in Lafayette, I recommend Jimano’s. A little more expensive, but the quality is worth it, This is garbage. Atmosphere is 5 because I’m at home.

Cold pizzas, hour long waits while the pizza waits in the store getting cold. Their “hot boxes” do not keep the pizza fresh and/or hot… will never order from those locations ever again. Pizza was burnt but cold. Soda was warm.

Great location and food, hands down. I prefer ordering from this location as my food is always prepared better and stays warm the entire drive home. The bread twists are great and a family favorite. Also, my orders are typically ready on time if not faster than most other places, especially in these times.

We ordered 4 of their XL pepperoni pizzas. They arrived more than 30 minutes late. They were cut by seemingly a blind person and had pools of grease on top. They tasted like vomit. Typically I have been satisfied with this location and the service. My past two visits have been below average. The delivery order was missing a pizza and was told that if I wanted it I could come pick it up. I let them know this was not possible and they delivered the pizza an hour later, which was the same pizza that has sat for over an hour. This was not my error and was made to feel like I had done something wrong in this situation. Staff was unfriendly and unwilling to listen to concerns but quick to place blame.

Possibly the worst dominoes pizza I’ve ever had. I got 2 medium, 2-topping pizzas. Dry, bready, almost no sauce. There is usually some quality standard dominoes has to scratch the pizza itch, but this was by far the worst. We didn’t even finish the pizza.

This location has got to be the worst ever. Five months ago, we ordered a large pizza with five items on it. It was around $35. When we received it, it only had one of the five toppings. We called to get info on what went wrong and was informed that they only had the one item and asked if we would like them to remake it. HELLO! YOU STILL ONLY HAVE THE ONE ITEM! No one called to tell us that they were out of the items! They agreed to give us a free pizza the next time we ordered.
