Terrible!! Waited at the drive thru for maybe 10-15 minutes just to order (there was no line) finally got my food after another 15-ish minutes and after a couple bites of my chicken sandwich I saw THE CHICKEN WAS RAW very undercooked!! I got 2 chicken sandwiches and both were VERY UNDERCOOKED!

The food was good but if you go inside they will put you at the bottom of the priority totem pole no matter how soon you came in. They made one of my burgers wrong and so I came back, but they waited until they were done with all the new orders before even trying to fix mine.
Still, the food was good and the restaurant was clean, so I’ll just blame the sloppy service from that day on new/incompetent employees who don’t know how to properly handle a rush.
I’m totally fine with waiting when it’s clearly busy, but I shouldn’t be shunted to the bottom of the wait list just because they made my order wrong. Most other times I’ve been here it’s been great though, hence the overall 4 stars.

Just did a 4 day road trip to California. This Wendy’s meal on the way back to Utah beat all the meals in California accept 1. Would recommend to everyone.

Overall disappointing experience. Thankfully the food was good.
This store have five kiosks for you to place your order on. We walked up to the counter because we prefer a team member to take our order – after waiting a bit, no one looked at us, so we starting placing an order on one of the kiosks. Come to find out, this kiosk was cash only, and after getting an employees attention for help, she points to a sign above our heads and says “yeah, these kiosks are cash only.” By that point, our whole order had disappeared from the kiosk. We then had to replace our order again..
Just very inconvenient and annoying because we wanted a team member to take our order in the first place.
We then received our order, and checked the bag for everything. There was no spoon for the frosty. After searching and then asking for one, the manager informs us they are out. She said “that’s why we put a fork in your bag.”
The fact they were out of spoons is one thing, but to then not tell us, and assume we know that’s what the fork is for is just poor customer service.
There is also a Walmart one minute away, they could have gotten spoons.
Zero regard for customer service at this location.

Great place to stop and get some nice views of the Ruby Mountains while eating relatively healthy fast food. The staff were very polite and the amenities were nice and clean.

Tried going for the dine-in experience but that part was closed. Used the drive-thru and that went smoothly. Since it was kinda too hot to eat at one of their nice lil outdoor tables, we took our food to a city park nearby. That’s where we tried the Classic Asiago Club sandwich, which is a breaded, fried chicken patty plus bacon, and topped with a creamy dressing. Very tasty. Extra fresh tomato, I will say! And the Baconator Double was truly double. Neither of us could finish our sandwiches, especially knowing the calorie count (easily available online). Anyway, quite good. Beverages good, plenty of ice. Fries crispy and fresh. A successful lunch! Thanks, Wendy’s.

Ordered three large chili’s with no onions or cheese. Got home and it’s nothing but watered down stew! Was gross. Called and spoke with the manager. All we got told was its procedure to re heat the chili with water. You can drink it with a straw! Was disgusting. The baconator was dry too. The Wendy’s on Idaho street is much better! With their customer service and food.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. They put ketchup on my sandwich (supposed to only have mayo). Knew something smelled like a burger and took a bite without realizing they didnt even bothered to make a new sandwich after they put ketchup on the sandwich.
Total lack of quality control to let that out of the kitchen. Such a simple fix.

I have never been so impressed with a person at a fast food place who was taking our order as i was tonight. Nicole at this Wendy’s did an absolutely amazing job. Would recommend coming here.
