This isn’t the first time we’ve had an issue with an order, we ordered in advance and when we went to pick up the pizza they made one of the pies wrong and we were missing another pie. This location is horrible, the staff doesn’t care, they should just be shut down at this point!

Their pizzas are delicious, but they ALWAYS deliver the wrong one — annoyingly, every single time! Sometimes they bring pizza with pork, which I don’t eat. I can’t get a refund, so I end up paying for nothing. Please, please be more careful about this!

This was from last night. I had lived here for six years and ordered pizza from all over the places and of course we would get burnt pizza or missing items but I had never ever experienced this! Ordered lava cakes (it’s good) and apparently someone must have enjoyed it!! I can’t believed I even ate one slice! What if this person touched it!? I called and complained and yet they didn’t believed me. They came back with another one and I shoved that eaten one to them to show the manager. Never again.

First time in my my life I ordered from Domino’s tonight for family dinner. We ordered the special, any pizza any toppings. The pizza arrived, the driver Robert was friendly. We did not like the marinara sauce that was on the pizza and therefore could not eat it. I called the store I spoke with an employee who then transferred me to the “Manager” what a rude and nasty piece of work! I explained to her the situation and that I had paid over $30 in food and I would just like to change the sauce. I told her only half of a slice had been eaten but I had the whole two pizzas to return. She told me that there’s nothing she could do about it that I could not have two “free” pizzas. Are you serious? I asked, I’m not looking for two free pizzas, we only ate half a slice, we just wanted a replacement, she then hung up on me. I called back the second time and was transferred to her again and asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me. I told her I was going to call the corporate office and she laughed and said ‘ have a good night sweetheart ” and hung up on me again, AGAIN ! I found out her name, I won’t say how but her name is Milda. She should not be a manager behaving like this and treating customers poorly. Despicable, rude and nasty! I’ve filed a complaint with corporate . I will never, ÑEVER order from Domino’s again, that’s a promise! $32 is a lot of money for most people these days and I don’t have it to throw away. Once every few months my husband and I treat our kids for pizza, what a mistake I made from ordering from Domino’s.
Update: I got in touch with the regional manager that same evening, what a breath of fresh air. He told me that he would take care of everything and have the two pizzas delivered to me ASAP. He apologized for her appalling behavior even though it wasn’t his fault. I will definitely be ordering from Domino’s again but not at this location.
