Decided to stop by after hiking in the area on Saturday. Ordered the smoked Turkey Sandwich w/greens & Brisket Sandwich with BBQ Beans. We also ordered some pork egg rolls for an app. Both meats were cooked to perfection (not dry) and thinly sliced and layered onto the bun. I’d have to say out of the two sandwiches I preferred the turkey. The brisket lacked a little flavor however the BBQ sauce provided doctored it up a bit and made it great. The egg rolls were excellent. If you’re in the area come check this place out. I would love to return when they have live music. Nice spot !

First time here.. We had ribs and pork steaks! Both were great! My favorite were the ribs! Bread pudding for dessert was enough for two people and delicious. Staff was very friendly, quick and efficient. Jerry was there to greet us as entered and left. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu options!

The pulled pork was excellent. The potato salad and baked beans were very good. Varied menu including appetizers salads entrees. Full bar. Service was very good.

Given a recommendation to go here for a sit down meal from a local tog pizza place employee from just up the road. We were greeted when we walked in by 2guys sitting a a table. Sat down ordered what the waitress recommended and man was it delicious brisket. We left and thanked the gentleman that greeted us as we came in. Much appreciated. And I think we probably made the waitress happy with what we left her.

I realize the vibe here is “laid back”; however, the ridiculous behavior of the servers was unacceptable! If you want to carry on and rough-house, do it on your time! As for service, here’s a suggestion: put a no cell phone policy in place! All that being said, the food was delicious.

I’m new to the area and I LOVE BBQ! I walked into Brown Jerry’s for the first time and immediately felt the good vibes flowing! From the bar to the stage to the kind staff, it was a very pleasant experience. I ordered the 3 meats platter and hoped that two of the three would be good. As it turns out, all three were absolutely amazing! In addition, the two sides I ordered were phenomenal, as well. The three meat platter was enough for two meals…
I’ve since been back 3 times and ordered pizza for my girlfriend as she’s not a BBQ connoisseur, like me. She loved the pizza!
I told Jerry I’d be back to discuss doing some music up on that stage. I’ll keep you posted as to when that’s going to happen.
All in all, my new hometown has a bomb BBQ spot and somewhere for me to get my music flowing again!

We met family today mid afternoon on a Wednesday and still had a crowd enjoying the fine food and friendly atmosphere with us. My wife and I shared ribs, smoked wings and some brisket which were all done to perfection.
An appetizer of house made crispy onion rings was shared by the table.
Our family enjoyed the pork steak and sandwiches. The best part was that Jerry made me feel like an old friend after having only met once before. My kid of place!

Great food, great service. And Brown Jerry sets the example. We found his restaurant after attending a Cardinals game on Sunday. We’re from out of state experiencing mlb parks. So, after a long drive and a long hot day at the ball park, this restaurant was a great end to a great day. The ribs and fried chicken were the best.
