Was there today 1/14/2026. A customer was rude to them, very unkind but the staff were sweet and treated her kinder than she deserved. They took my order directly after dealing with her and were absolute sweethearts. No one should be treated that way and I hope they know they handled the situation well with kindness that’s hard to find nowadays.

Amazing experience at Charles’s Restaurant!
From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was outstanding, and you can truly taste the care put into each plate. The service was excellent as well: friendly, attentive, and professional without being overbearing. This is definitely a place I’ll be coming back to and recommending to friends and family. Highly recommend Charles’s Restaurant for a great meal and a wonderful dining experience!

A nice Charleys in a busy Walmart. They sometimes have samples. It is always clean. The workers are always very pleasant, paitent, and understanding. I like things a little complicated and they’ve never been anything but nice! Jackelyn was super sweet today.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received during my most recent visit to the Charleys location in Fishkill.
While the food itself was acceptable, the customer service was completely unacceptable. The woman working the register was visibly irritated and unprofessional when she had to adjust my order due to my use of a valid coupon for two small cheesesteaks. What should have been a routine transaction turned into an uncomfortable interaction because of her attitude.
Additionally, I was refused basic condiments and then charged extra for BBQ sauce. I have never experienced this at any Charleys location before, and I have visited many over the years. This felt unnecessary, inconsistent with the brand, and left a very poor impression.
I have been to this location multiple times in the past and have never encountered service like this before. Unfortunately, this one interaction completely overshadowed any previous positive experiences. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend this location and am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed.

Food was ok not much meat or chicken on the sandwich. Flavor was good. Could do without the music that was playing. Service was good.

I was greeted by a welcoming employee when walking up to Charley’s and had plenty of time to look through the menu before choosing what I wanted to order. The counters and seating area were clean and tidy and the food was delicious. Very happy with the service here and will definitely be visiting again!
