Tried going inside to sit down and enjoy a meal. Zero service in front they instantly want you to use the kiosk which froze completely on me than I went to a different one which also kept freezing up and double adding food. So after 5 mins of trying to order I went to the counter and stood another 5 minutes before leaving and going through the drive through. When I got my food my water bottle was half frozen and my taco was upside inside open spilled in the bag. Other than being hot it was the worst taco bell.

I bought $38 worth of food. All of it was Old. I got the new two of the new loaded nacho fries and it had so much Frank’s red hot sauce in the bottom there’s probably a half inch in the bottom of the pan. It was disgusting.

Close early, foods okay if they have it in stock, never fill sides of sour cream cups up and still charge too much for one little squirt. Customer service is poor. Willard’s brand can do better!!

25Feb23- In hindsight there’s some kinda problem from the top with this place. The workers are doing their best but along with being short staffed I don’t think they’re getting the type of management help they should get.
As long as I’ve been coming here they can’t even get the front door fixed.

The service here was terrible. The staff acted like I was inconveniencing them because I asked for a drink carrier with my online order. Not to mention I stood there for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged my existence. The gentleman that came in after me had much of the same experience. Do better or if you don’t like your job find another one.

Everytime I order here something is always screwed up with my order. Tonight I ordered from here through Door dash I got four items & paid for sour cream on all of them. They put no sour cream on any of the four items I ordered but instead managed to put lettuce in them & my husband’s food. I’m allergic to lettuce. I also took a bite into a raw potato. Being pregnant this is an issue. I’m beyond pissed. Not only do they screw you out of your money but this is a serious health code violation. Tried to call this location to tell them & they hung up on me & blocked my phone number. So definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go to any other Taco Bell except this one.
