eh…… the pizza is fine. I’ve had better-prepared dominos from other locations. and don’t try to do the car side delivery—they don’t pay attention to it and won’t bring it out to you. you have to go inside, and they’ll be a little clueless or annoyed about it. kind of frustrating…..

They got my order completely wrong but I can’t complain the pizza was good. They seemed very short staff and they were doing the best they could with what they had. It’s not the first time I order from this location. The staff is friendly and attentive. Overall not a bad experience. Workers at the store deserve a promotion having to deal with colonial heights locals.

Paid a lot of money for 2 gluten free pizzas ($36). Was really looking forward to enjoying those pizzas with dipping sauce. Guess what. No sauce. And only thing the “terrible excuse of a person” manager would offer is me drive all the way back up there for $2 sauces or a $2 refund. How about you ruined my $36 dollar pizza experience. My pizzas were dropped by the delivery person and there was nothing done about it. I contacted the location and there was zero concern or remorse. I paid for 3 toppings and hand tossed, none of the pizzas had 3 toppings! Won’t ever order from this location again!

I seriously don’t understand how this location is still in business. I ordered a flatbread & wings. Delivery took over 2 hours, called the phone number to get an update was on hold for over an hour! Of course, once the food arrived it was cold. The manager contacted me & answered saying “ I’m posed to be callin you bout a refund” then proceeded to put me on hold for over 30 mins to ask another manager how to do a refund… I was contacted by someone via email which the email states “ we’ve tried numerous times to contact you “ which was of course a lie. Once confronted they proceeded to argue with no resolution. Not to mention a family friend went in the night before & they were BLARING music so loud you could barely even order. Customer service nowadays just isn’t the same.

Ordered online. Our delivery was quick and left at the door. We ordered two subs, pizza, and the cinnamon knots. The pizza was missing completely and the cinnamon knots were missing the icing and definitely looked like someone removed two of them. We called the store and they acted like we were talking in another language and couldn’t find our order. They asked for our address 3 times as if we didn’t provide it willinging. Then they left us on hold and never came back. The driver also didn’t leave us with a receipt.

There’s a girl running around doing nothing, a tall white guy who has a nasty attitude every time I come in and the only person who seems to care or work is the young black girl with glasses. If this is acceptable for corporate then you’ll never see me again
