This is not the mom and pop pizza place you hoped for. I really wanted this place to be good. We’ve ordered pizza twice from Watt a Pizza, the first time it was so-so, this time it was terrible. Worse than the food though is the service. The guy that takes your order is unprofessional, impolite, and doesn’t seem to understand the menu. I ordered their cheesy bread, an item on the menu, and the worker acted like he’d never heard of it. Once we clarified that it was an item on the menu (by showing it to him) the worker made an inedible, burnt, slab bread with crazy amounts of seasoning. I mean, it was almost like he dumped an open bottle of Italian seasoning on the bread and there was very little cheese on the “cheesy” bread (see pic). When we took it back, the associate acted like we were the crazy ones and said we should have ordered a different type of bread. We aren’t the type to ask for refunds which is fine, because they certainly weren’t offering any. He did offer to remake the bread but given his first attempt that seemed like a waste of time. Stay away.

The customer service was top notch, the food takes a little longer because it’s all cooked fresh to order. I always get wings from here, though I had a calzone once and it was truly tasty. If you ever happen to pass by I recommend you stop by.

Absolutely garbage. I was told the steak cheese and mushroom sub was similar to Hungry Howies from the Indian lady when placing the order. I then ordered 2 of these‘Supposed’ to be steak subs. This is ridiculous. I’m not sure what kind of hamburger helper meat pebbles this is. And there was literally a very ting piece of mushroom. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!I feel like I was deceived. I will never order from this place. To say that this is steak is an insult. More like kibbs and bits from a can. You ought to be really ashamed but obviously not. If I knew this was what I’d be getting I wouldn’t have ever spent my hard earn money. So pissed is an understatement. Im so tired of businesses trying to use cheap methods and cutting corners for a profit.

I just purchased from this restaurant for the first time. The atmosphere was stale, but that didn’t bother me. The gentleman who took my order was abrupt. I chalked it up to a potential cultural or language barrier. I only waited about 20 minutes, which wasn’t bad. However, the gentleman that made my pizza (and the cheese bread for the next customer) did not wash his hands before making our food nor did he wear gloves. The pizza looks tasty but I couldn’t bring myself to eat it.

Really great food. The wings were some of the best I’ve had in a while. Really good quality. The owner was extremely nice. Walked out the food to me personally! Will definitely be coming back.!

Sanitation was poor. No gloves on when making the food. Employee did not wash his hands after itching his nose.
Left before the food was done in the kitchen area. I asked for a refund multiple times and they would not give me a refund.

Terrible. I walked in and the atmosphere was stale. No one looked like they wanted to be there. The people there were ALL Indian except for one African American girl and the way they talked to her was ridiculous. They spoke to her so poorly all because she was trying to voice her opinion on something. What im not sure but the response they gave her was horrible. The food was not good either. The vegetables tasted bad. They looked limp. They looked like they were old frankly. I would not try again at all.

It literally took me almost 5 minutes to explain to the lady running the register that I wanted one pizza with pepperoni and bacon. Then a second pizza exactly the same but with black olives.
I get the pizza and get it home. There’s only 18 blackolives for the whole pizza. Most places put 25+ and this is the least amount of sauce I’ve ever seen on a pizza, to the point I had to deconstruct it to make sure there was even any there.
Overall I think they need to put someone on the register that can actually understand English and simple requests for toppings. You also need to increase the amount of sauce you use and not be stingy with the toppings. The two pizzas cost $40+you’d think that would pay for a noticeable amount of sauce and a less stingy portion of toppings.
