This is one of my favorite locations. Staff was super kind. I ordered 2 coffees, couple sandwiches, & sweets. Baristas already had a water with my order without asking. I left my sunglasses in the bathroom and staff made sure I got them back safely. Love this location.

I travel a lot and go to Starbucks all over the country. I absolutely love the atmosphere of this Starbucks. The manager Derek is welcoming and he makes you feel like family. His staff is friendly and the service is second to none. I almost always go to a drive-thru, but I look forward to going into the store every morning.

Two cups of ice with a slapsh of coffee cost $11 The inflation is indeed beyond insane. And for no reason the iced shaken espresso had an unexpected flavor of cinnamon.

The manager here Derek is ungreatful rude and unthankful. And adds on as many rules as possible to make it difficult to come here. He won’t let people purchase food ahead of time while at other locations they do. Not a fun environment to be at

Amazing food. I came in and had the lunch portion of eggplant and tofu in a brown sauce with rice, and a choice of either soup or salad. The meal packed some excellent flavour. If you are one of those people who are sensitive to the spiciness of the dish, order it at a level 1 or 2. If you love spicy food order it at level 3. There is virtually no parking in this complex so park in the back or an adjacent side street.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location due to the rude behavior of an employee named Stephen. All I did was politely ask if my order was almost ready, and his response was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. There was no reason for the attitude — I wasn’t being impatient or demanding, just asking a simple question. As a regular customer, I expect a basic level of courtesy, and this interaction left a really bad impression. I hope management addresses this, because customer service should be a priority.

First time doing mobile order here and not coming back. They gave me this iced coffee which is obviously not that full and so much ice that i didnt ask and didnt make it correctly since it tastes way different on what I usually get.

I always request it with no ice, and I’ve never had any issues before. However, this time, a lady with a lip ring and bangs prepared my drink. When she handed it to me, I was surprised to see that it was only three-quarters full. I’ve been to this Starbucks many times and have always received a full cup, so I was taken aback by this unexpected change. I wondered if she had made a mistake or if something had gone wrong during the preparation. The experience left me feeling a bit frustrated. I expect consistency when I order something, especially when it’s a regular item. Next time, I might ask for an explanation if the same thing happens again, as I believe I should get what I’m paying for. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that made me reconsider my choice of Starbucks.

This was a weird experience for Starbucks. It seemed like everyone working that day was new. I had asked specifically about tea drinks, and no one knew what the hell I was talking about, like if tea was a real thing. I pointed at the 3 boxes behind him and said, ” yeah, you know.. Tea?”. Other Starbucks make things with it, like the Medicine Ball. The vibe was just not there. I think the manager or owner might have been there as the entire table was paperwork. Or could it just have been someone working? I was just wondering why the staff was so not interested in its only customer.
