I picked up my order from the drive thru and immediately noticed the extra cheese was missing. I did not want to wait for the order to be corrected so the manager offered to give me a $5 credit on my next order. I was fine with that because I frequently order Cassano’s. My food was still delicious. Next time I ordered, I told the call center I should have a $5 credit on my account, and I did.
Cassano’s is a little pricey compared to other pizza restaurants, but you absolutely get your money’s worth. In addition, they always make it right in the extremely rare times there is an issue. Their policy is a $5 credit on the next order, or return at least 75% of the current order for a remake.
Cassano’s has been for years, and always will be my favorite place to eat. NOTE: I usually order light salt on the crust.

Pizza was cold and there was no salt in dough very disappointed with my pizza. I live 15 minutes away and didn’t want to drive back. Can’t find the direct store phone number. At least the kids ate half. Fairly below Cassano’s standards.

We walked in fresh from the road to a very large loud church group that goes every week. They were very overwhelming and the cashier was doing her best to take their order and get them setved. She was working alone, a driver was helping in the kitchen. She was wonderful and patient. She was the only good at this place. We waited 30 min for our pizza, which, three days later is still making my family ill. We don’t live in the area and trusted the reviews, we shouldn’t have.

From out of state trying this pizza for first time! We called in on what was a call center line and Veronica was helpful and directed our order to the location around the corner from our hotel. It was ready on time and staff at pick up were also friendly! And most importantly it was absolutely delicious! Love the small square bites, the thin crust and the toppings were excellent! We would definitely order again and if we stop here in the future you will have our business!

Starting off on a good note.. people who work there are ALWAYS nice. But I wasted 60$ on what used to be my favorite pizza place. I never write reviews.. but 2 of the pizzas were terrible. My daughter’s wasn’t even cut all the way through. I had to cut it myself and it was VERY hard to cut through. Both of our pizzas were hard to chew, like a mix of rubber and cardboard. My husband didn’t have much complaints about his, I’ll give them that. The last time we got pizza from Cassano’s it was the same way. Very disappointed, with it being my favorite place for pizza. I hope you guys are cleaning the ovens properly, maybe that’s the issue. I don’t know, but I guess we won’t be coming to this location anymore.

A hometown favorite pizza place. Whenever I come home I like to get some tasty pizza squares and Cassano’s never disappoints. The service is quick,the restaurant is tidy. the pizza is tasty and the servers are friendly. What else can you ask for?

They really might be the king of pizza! The crust is thin but not crispy, and has the most delicious flavoring salt on it. Call ahead and pick up the pizza in the drive through!
