Visit to the Dunkin’ Donuts drive thru was just what I needed! The service was quick and efficient, even during a busy time. The staff were friendly and made sure my order was correct, which I always appreciate.
I went with my go to favorites a fresh, perfectly brewed ice coffee and crispy hash browns. Everything was served fresh and hit the spot. Whether you’re grabbing a quick breakfast or just need an afternoon pick me up, this drive thru is a reliable stop.

2nd time i got delivery cause i have to toast my own bagel because theyre too cheap to buy a real toaster that costs maybe 40.00 at walmart!! I pay so much for the bagel n cream cheese also and it is old you can tell and smallest amount of cream cheese ever! Stingy. What happened to quality in dunkin??? Manager needs to be fired!!

I hate this is the closest dunkin to my house they never make your drink right and get mad at you for not accepting it. Over the past 3 weeks my drink has been wrong 4 times and it’s always the same drink I think they are doing it on purpose. Management sucks as well never remade my drink.

I’ve given this Dunkin’ near my job several chances, but every time I stop by, I end up regretting it. The service and quality are consistently disappointing.
On my last visit, I let the staff member at the window know that my order was wrong, even though I’ve ordered the same item many times at other Dunkin’ locations without any issue. Then another employee inside started yelling toward the window, insisting my order was “right” and that I just didn’t know what I ordered. It was unprofessional and unnecessary.
At this point, I don’t plan to return. It’s frustrating because I kept hoping things would improve, but poor service seems to be the norm here. I honestly wonder where management is at this location.

I stopped in here on Thursday October 23, 2025 with 2 bus loads of students from Bartlett High School Special Education classes. There were 30 of us! The 5 staff members in the store were super courteous and kind to all of our students. Most needing help with paying, waiting for their change etc. We were all served within 10-15 minutes and then enjoyed our drinks and food in the clean restaurant. Shout out to Karina, Viridiana, Max, Izzy & Lupita! We Thank You so much for a great experience.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I had a really bad iced coffee at this location 🙁 I understand sometimes things happen, and the product isn’t always up to par. This was honestly next level. The best way I can describe it is that it tasted like chemicals…almost like the coffee was brewed with pool water. Hopefully this was a one off! I am giving three stars for service, because they were not rude, at least!

Cold breakfast sandwich was just mush. Coffee was burnt and tasted terrible. Only reason food got two stars is the hash browns were hot and good. Ordering was a nightmare too I had to repeat myself like 20 times and they kept getting it wrong. Really really bad experience.

Didn’t receive a good customer service. Order dozen donuts with different flavors but only had four different flavors in the pack. Orders egg and cheese wake-up wrap and got one with meat in it. When I asked to get it fixed, ended up getting an attitude from the team.

I go to this location All The Time! On my way to work. However, it literally is hit or miss with the service! If the drive thru is busy, you can guarantee your order will be wrong…Every Single Time. So I prepare myself to drink someone else’s coffee!! I wish there was a different Dunkin on my way to work, I would try them.
