Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. I ordered a pickup pizza for my son who lives on Louisiana Tech’s campus. The order was incorrect, and when I called to ask if it could be delivered since the mistake was on the store’s end and the location is less than five minutes from campus, the manager was rude and hung up on me.

I haven’t ever experienced an issue with this place. The employees are always nice. Sometimes when there is a rush they are a little slower to greet you but that’s understandable. My only complaint is they don’t deliver to my address. Otherwise, they do a great job.

I purchased my free pepperoni bread sticks last night. We didn’t touch it until today and the pepperoni on it was burnt. I called to have it remade which I do have my receipt and always order from dominos but the manager did not do anything about it because she was not the manager that was on shift last night. I never experienced that I always experienced customers always come first. I’m very disappointed and won’t be ordering from this location anymore.

I placed an order on the app and after getting a notification that my order was complete, I walked inside to pick it up. Upon walking inside the employee told me that they couldn’t find my pizza, two employees than proceeded to talk to each other about how my order was complete and how they gave my order to the wrong person…but NEVER even once told me that. I was told to wait for a new pizza to be made with no explanation given, after waiting about 10 to 15 minutes I was given my pizza with no apology or them even admitting to what they did.

The manager that was on shift was very rude and my order was not fresh at all and or correct i ordered 2 newyork style pepper pizza and only one of them was pepperoni and the other one was cheese and i had drive over 15 minutes to get order correct and had to wait over 15 minutes to get my pizza when i call when i was on my way to have it ready and it was not ready

Well well well. Where do I start? Pizza came fast but it was very very strong. How can I describe it? The tomato sauce was so thick on the pizza that I could hardly taste the cheese. Second off the tomato sauce itself was never thinned out. It was like I was eating tomato sauce from concentrate. If you do not know what concentrate is that means when it is in its purest form and it just tasted like loads of salt, it wasn’t thinned out. It was just like I was eating the pizza and I would just run into a big glob of tomato sauce.
Second thing, what was wrong with my order is that I ordered wings as well. Buffalo hot wings. Everyone loves a good buffalo hot wings. But not from here!
The hot wings that I ordered were barely cooked. They were also very jelly-like because when stuff is barely cooked it squeezes and squished. When I bit into it it was very light. The only thing that the wings had was a little bit of color because it probably went in the oven. However, when you bite into these squishy wings, that’s almost the consistency of slime. It really really makes you feel bad that you ever ordered from here. No Domino’s taste like this. Nowhere I went in my life. Do they not know what they are doing here? Maybe they should call corporate so they can give them a lesson of what to do and how to make pizza. You have the first stretch the sauce. You can’t have sauce at one end of the pizza and it’s so heavy and so strong that you can’t even enjoy the pizza.
So you cannot cook wings that are light. Have you not heard of salmonella poisoning? You’re going to put Domino’s at risk of a lawsuit. What if someone got sick from you not baking their wings correctly. And when I tried to get my money back from Uber eats from ordering on it from them they couldn’t. They said that they would talk to them. From the looks of it. They already have a 3.8 rating. I really do hope that this puts that ratings down to 3.2.
It is other pizza joints in town so if this is one of the Domino’s that get knocked off the list that is great. Close this Domino’s down once and for all!
