I went here last week in the evening after not patronizing this Domino’s location for quite some time because of a previous bad experience, only to be disappointed again. I will not go back. I ordered 2 vegetarian pizzas. Both had to be remade because they had meat on them. I peaked at the pizzas after I got in the car. The first one was completely incorrect and had tons of bacon and chicken on it. The second one seemed to be ok at a glance. I took the 1st pizza back and explained that it was wrong, and the employee took ownership of the mistake. He apologized and remade the pizza. Afterwards, I checked it out and it looked good so I headed home.
I got home feeling hungry and excited to eat. I opened the second pizza and saw a piece of pepperoni on it! I was heated and annoyed. I drove back to the restaurant to bring the pizza back. This time I got a different employee. I explained to him that I ordered two vegetarian pizzas, and this was the second time I had to return. I told him that I don’t eat meat and did not order pizza with meat. He said it’s just one piece of pepperoni on it. He was rude and nasty. He wanted to argue with me even though he saw the mistake. He had no care in the world that they had prepared a pizza that I did not ask for, it was the second time that I had to return a pizza in one day, nor did he care that I had to waste my time and gas to drive back because they messed up my food again. Additional, he told me that all the ingredients touch meat at that restaurant! He did not offer to remake the pizza.
I asked for a refund, and he asked me for my phone number. He entered it, and said I had a credit. I said, ” no. I want my money back.” He said “we don’t do that.” I told him, then you will be remaking my pizza. He looked at me with darting eyes, sucked in his in teeth, and quickly walked away to remade the pizza. Unfortunately, he could not even get that pizza right either, as it clearly had pork bacon on the pizza!
So, if you are vegetarian this is NOT the place for you!! I do not recommend this pizzeria at all! It currently has a 3.2 review rating for a good reason. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME and hard earned money on this terrible restaurant. There are other options in the Finney Town area.

This locations food use to be good. Recently the quality has gone way down. I purchase a medium pizza it looked like a small. The parmesan bites had no parmesan, but it had lots of garlic butter. There is always someone new at this location and the quality of food is suffering. It seems training is bad because the food is not consistent. Update, ordered pizza again and the quality was bad.

We had the family in for the holidays and our niece who is severely sick (cancer) loves dominoes, so we promised her we would order her dominoes before she had to go back into the hospital for another treatment- we ordered from the winton dominoes for delivery and they took over an hour before they arrived at our location and when they got here they told us they had the wrong order and someone else would deliver it, our niece was devastated, but we told her it was still on the way, 3 hours later they still never arrived. Did not answer the phone and we had to disappoint our niece. I will never order from here again. Really great way to end the year.

I ordered a 14” Bacon pizza. The attached is a chicken parmesan garlic. That I did not order. I tried to call the store multiple times. No one answered the phone.
I had to order Door Dash that cost me $31.00. So now that’s $50.00.
I reached out again this morning,No manager was in. I was told I have drive to the store with my receipt and they will replace the pizza.
Hello, I paid a delivery fee. The store has my delivery order. I should not have to drive to the store to show proof of my order. So if I drive up to the store is Domino’s going to pay for my time my fuel, reimburse me the cost of my DoorDash order? The excuse I received “ yeah we were busy last night “. That is no excuse for not answering the phone. The driver knew he made a mistake and the store didn’t want to deal with it.
How is Domino’s going to fix this?

ordered 2 pizzas, just to wait an hour for them not to deliver it. I called 5 times, they answered once put me on hold then hung up. then continued to ignore my calls. I never got my pizza or got in contact with them.

Ordered 2 pizzas, 8 piece honey BBQ wings, and some sort of cheesy bread thing. We waited 30 minutes for it to bake, and then headed up there. It got done as soon as we got there (arrived at the location at about 8:25). They didn’t bring it out to us. I guess thats fine whatever, was told to wait outside by the app but okay. Go in (around 8:40-8:45) and they still take forever to get my food over to me. Got food and left finally at 8:55) What is this??? Why did we have to wait for so long? What is this service???

We ordered 3 pizzas and two where wrong not to mention the crust was not completely cooked. But was told sense we started eating there was nothing they could do. Hey do you find out that something is wrong with pizzas without eating it.
