Took well over an hour for delivery a few blocks from the place. The food is great when its fresh, but after traveling 35-40min in the back of a car doesn’t help. I was giving them 1 more chance after they messed up my previous order 3 times but I think this is it for me… Fox’s has much better wings anyway.

I just got told that my address was not a legal address from a rude worker. I know my address comes up on Google maps weird as it used to be an old school than made into apartments. I put helpful instructions in the delivery instructions and when they called to ask specifics they were immediately so rude. I explained where it was and was told “that isn’t even an address in the system. Do not use this address again.” Every other delivery service has found it fine and never had an issue. ♀️ Don’t know what address i am supposed to use other than my own actual address. Papa Johns it is from now on.

i made a mobile order for 2 pizzas, and my fiance picked them up and came home. when he got home we realized one of them was totally wrong so we called and explained what happened and the guy on the phone told us they could have a new one delivered. i told him that we were outside their delivery range (we live 20 minutes away), so he said he would go ask a manager. he then came back to the phone and said his manager approved of it anyways and that i’d just have to pay the delivery fee, so of course we agreed considering we have a small toddler. not even 10 minutes later we get a call from dominos and it’s some other guy telling us they cannot deliver our pizza because we’re outside of their delivery range. i explained to him that we had told the first guy this information but that the manager approved it and we went back and forth for a minute as i expressed frustration, to which he got an attitude with me and the excuse for the first guy was “he’s new to the area”… so instead i ended up having to get a refund due to this place’s ignorance to properly fulfill an order, not to mention their terrible customer service.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. They delivered us a pizza with NO CHEESE! When we tried to have it fixed, they said they were sending a corrected pizza but then the got canceled… seriously??!! we called 4 times only to be put on hold 12-15 min each time. FINALLY got the manager RYAN TAYLOR on the phone who told me there was an issue with the app and to call corporate. Said he could make the same order for free but in order to add cheese he’d have to ring up a new pizza (gave me 2 different prices for said said pizza). I asked ok, well can’t I just pay for the cheese. That wasn’t an option. I keep telling him fixing this is basic customer service. My husband went to the store and he didn’t act inappropriately but was obviously frustrated. They literally started threatening to call the cops. This place sucks. The people and customer service are HORRIBLE at best. I love their pizza but unless another Domino’s comes to my area I won’t get did from here again. It’s funny how there’s soooo many 1 star reviews for similar things. To RYAN: YOU sir are what’s wrong with the world today. You are not a good human!

DOMINOS has some good pizza. Chicken Bacon BBQ is my go to and with the rewards you can get a free pizza every couple orders. The girl that made my pizza looked tired and annoyed but overall she made me a good pizza so idc.

the delivery driver just complained to me ab my 15% tip. he was an older dude…like mid 40s or 50s. im kind of disgusted. get this guys ego in check, what an awkward and gross interaction. wont be ordering here again.

Best pizza place in town, hands down. Fastest delivery, never have a problem, great value for great food. Highly recommend! The buffalo chicken pizza has a perfect, but customizable, spice level. The pan pepperoni pizza is perfection!
