Was super hungry for a tuna sandwich, maybe I built it up too much in my head, lol. It was very good, but not over the top. The poor girl working was stuck by herself because the late shift all called off so she had to do double the work, so she wasn’t happy, but she did a good job anyway. All in all, probably one of the better experiences I’ve had at any subway in a long time.

Carl and the woman that was working with him was taking forever to put my mobile order together. Receipt says extra mayo on the sub and they put none. I call in to see if I can get the sub remade and they said I have to bring back the sub for them to remake it. That does make sense, however, I tore the sub apart looking for the mayo and then threw it away. Im not digging through the trash to repackage it just for proof that they messed up. Also, when I walked in the employee (Carl) unlocks the woman’s restroom while there is a woman in there. Makes no sense that they were clearly busy why he would he use a key to unlock the women’s restroom?

Two times I have placed an online order and when I get there, they are closed. I don’t get my food and lose my money. I contacted Subways customer service via email and I never hear back from them. Not happy about this and will go out of my way to go to a different location. If staff isn’t there during normal business hours, shut down online ordering.

The young kids in their extremely lazy , they sit on their butts , and when you do curbside , they will not bring it out. You literally have to awaken and get your food.I have walked in there multiple times and the music is extremely loud you can’t even hear yourself think.

Ordered two subs one grilled chicken and one rotisserie chicken sub the rotisserie was fine but when it came to the grilled chicken it was extremely obvious something inside the sub was extremely expired bit into the sub and immediatly got sick spat it up and threw the entire sub away. now i feel sick to my stomach and wasted money.

I went in for lunch and the manager was talking down to the employees threatening to write them up and the blonde girl has a total bad attitude will not go back I felt very uncomfortable and after I paid the blonde just slapped the sandwich at me no good day thanks for coming nothing . The counters were disgusting, trash was pouring out of the holes where they put the white papers, there are crumbs all over tables every time I’m in there. I ordered three subs and as I’m trying to order they were trying to take apart the sandwich station, and were moving around the bread oven blocking the toaster oven and the young girl and boy working there were too busy messing around and as the girl was saying “I need to get to the toaster to toast her bread” the boy there kept saying “you’re gonna have to wait” and kept giggling. I did not appreciate feeling rushed while simultaneously being kept there longer than I should have been. The worker also asked me to grab a cup for them, which I didn’t mind however I wish they would have been focusing on clean fast and reliable service. They got the bread wrong on two of my sandwiches, and my sub was not toasted. I was in there for around 15-18 minutes, and I was the only customer in line. Not sure if there was a manager there, but the kids running the store shouldn’t have been doing it on their own because clearly, they can’t handle it and cannot take their jobs seriously. I am a manager in a restaurant and couldn’t imagine people I have trained representing my store in such a way. Overall, cleaning, service and professionalism were absent in my experience. And as a restaurant manager, I know people can do better.
