As far as cleanliness it was terrible. One of the workers played on her phone in the dining area and went outside and came back about 5 times over the course of an hour. She was wearing a motorcycle helmet the whole time. Not sure what that was about. The tables needed wiped off, floor needed swept, trash was overflowing everywhere, no soap in the bathroom, paper towels or toilet paper. I like this restaurant its just needs someone managing it that cares a little more.
Most of the tables were dirty: I used a napkin to clean one a bit to sit and eat.
Something that looked bad to me, and probably bad for business: employees out in the parking lot smoking marijuana.
I bought the Kung Pao Chicken and Honey Chicken while the wife had Walnut Shrimp and Beef and Broccoli. The main amount of food was noodles.
Probably won’t return to this location.
$27.28 before tipping is too high but its even worse when you do not get what you ordered. I ordered orange chicken but I got some kind of spicey chicken. I ordered hot mustard but I got soy sauce. I would not have wasted money on eggs rolls had they called me & said hey we are out of hot mustard do you still want your order…
Everytime I go to this location in person they dont listen to what sauces you want they just grab whatever. Im allergic to soy sauce. Giving me that was useless. No one wants this kind of food without the sauces.
I came in for a simple meal. Three items. That’s it. I wasn’t asking for a catering order for a wedding; I just wanted dinner. But apparently, even counting to three is too difficult for this crew. It’s the same story every time I come here: I pay, I check the bag later, and something is missing or wrong. These people are useless at anything other than receiving a check. Which they don’t even have to do anyway, since it’s direct deposit.
The final straw? I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken. You know, the dish literally named after the sauce? I get all the way home, open the bag, and guess what? NO TERIYAKI SAUCE. Are you kidding me? You gave me a container of plain, dry chicken and expect me to be happy? What is the logic there? Do you expect customers to just have their own supply of commercial-grade glaze sitting in their pantry?
It is negligence, plain and simple. You had one job: put the food people ordered in the bag. If you order Teriyaki Chicken, the sauce isn’t an “optional accessory,” it is the entire point of the meal!
I am so tired of having to babysit my order and check every single container before I leave the drive-thru. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a standard menu item served correctly. If you want to throw your money away and eat dry chicken, go ahead. Otherwise, stay far, far away from this place.
I’ll feast here anytime I travel to Alexandria and have a need for quick, tasty asian.
*no actual Panda is on the menu, fyi. I know we locals like our exotic game meats so… just so ya know.
