I don’t even remember signing up for anything, but I got a free copy for my birthday. I chose hazelnut latte. It was okay, but not the best I’ve ever had. The boy behind the counter was absolutely amazing. He was chatty and friendly and made me want to order 10 things. They also put out local business cards and have some local trinkets for sale. It’s a cute little shop. I’m not a huge coffee person, So don’t trust me on The taste. It is a very nice business with very nice people and that is hugely important

The staff here are always so friendly even when its busy they take the time to get your order RIGHT. The Blonde guy that works during the week, usually wearing the sweaters, is always friendly, makes eye contact, says hi to everyone that walks in. He is very personable, He is a great asset to the business. You all do great! love coming in for my 24oz Mocha with whip cream or the Iced Mocha when its hot out. It’s nice to see all the smiles, it shows that they love their jobs.

We ordered three drinks from the drive thru, and it took almost 20 minutes to get them. At first, we were handed someone else’s drinks, and when we finally got ours, they were still made incorrectly.
There appeared to be about five employees working, so I’m not sure why things were moving so slowly. It felt disorganized and uncoordinated inside.
Customer service was disappointing as well. When I asked what the drink of the day was, the barista didn’t know and came back with “butterscotch and stuff.” When I asked if it could be made half sweet, her response was, “I guess so.”
We just moved to this area and were really hoping to find a great local coffee spot, but unfortunately this first impression was not good at all. Very disappointed.

It’s sad when your favorite Coffee shop has all these little kids working there, and obviously don’t know how an espresso machine works. My favorite drink tastes burnt to hell. The wait takes to long to have the patience to get it replaced. Ugh….there goes $10 in the trash.

We visited Middleton Espresso for the first time this morning. The staff was super friendly and laughed and joked with us as we placed our order. The drinks were done quickly and tasted good. I did order a Reese flavored coffee and thought the flavor wasn’t very noticeable, it just tasted like sweet coffee but no peanut butter really. Slightly disappointed but all the other drinks were good and the staff was just so helpful and friendly. Plus they have actual punch cards still.

Such a good find! Stopped in today for the first time and the guy working in the drive through was super nice, my bagel and drink were delicious and great prices! I don’t live in Middleton but it’s definitely worth a little drive to come back!
