Do not order from here!!! You will not get what you order. I ordered a Margherita pizza and received a cheese pizza with the pesto basil just thrown on the pizza. A Margherita was supposed to come with tomatoes on top and a pesto basil swirl. The pesto basil taste was very underwhelming. The pizza was so nasty I couldn’t even eat it.

Management is horrible at this location. I called on Friday about an order I received. I ordered pizza for a sleepover. The pizza was undercooked. The crust was still doughy as was the Cinnabons. When i called, their solve was leaving a house full of kids to go there to get the pizza inspected in order for them to make a new one. At that point I asked for a manager. The gentleman told me he was the manager and only the owner can distribute refunds. I was told to call Sunday, 3/1, to speak to the owner. That was a lie. I called Sunday and was told the owner would not be until Monday. The young lady that took my call said she would pass my info. I called Monday , 3/2, and still given the run around. I was told by another manager he can’t help me because I would need to present a bad pizza to have it remade because the can’t do refunds. Keep in mind I had 2 kids that got sick of their pizza. This is beyond horrible.

So lets talk abouts the pan pizza or maybe not. Back in the day you made a pretty good pan pizza. Crispy edges thick crust. What I’ve experienced has been gummy and under cooked. Work on the pan pizza.

I will never ever order from them again!! First time they delivered me a pizza with no cheese at all! I had to take the pizza back to them and they refused to add cheese. Today I ordered and after waiting for 1 hour, my pizza still wasn’t delivered. I called and they couldn’t find my order and then told me it was ready for pick up. After transferring me to three different people they then changed the story to we are waiting for a delivery driver. They took $40 from me and I will not get it back until next week some time. Terrible service and they should be closed down!!

This place is unsanitary and they drop uncooked food on the floor and leave it for the customers to see I pointed out and the dark skin frustrated African man left it there and told me he was busy. Then once I stated it again and pointed it out to the ladies in the back they rolled their eyes and sat the chicken on the counter instead of tossing it.

The last few times, the restaurant has not taped the top of my pizza order. I have complained and nothing has changed. I am very funny about the handling of my food. You never know how others handle your food in the car ride. I am considering ordering from another location.

We are not telling the truth about this location. The customer service is horrible. The fact that your employees were OK with completing an order like this lets me know what type of business you are running. Instead of trying to offer a free pizza. Train your staff properly to service paying customers accordingly.

The pizza legends has done as they always have. The pizza was done well and service in this busy plaza was wonderful. Definitely a good backup to not having dinner done in time and the hunger is right now.
