I just ordered the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club sandwich combo to stay. That sandwich NEVER disappoints. The cashier who took my order was VERY patient with me changing my mind about my drink. However, we managed to work it out. Although the dining area was empty as my stomach at the time the atmosphere was quite good, the way the seating arrangements was. Everybody’s afraid to eat out these days. To my surprise there wasn’t any flies swarming the restaurant like some places I’ve been in. This place is walking distance from me so I think that’ll be my spot, until it’s not.

I spent the evening running deliveries and decided to get dinner at 1:35am. There was one person ordering then it was my turn. They took my order and I waited patiently to get my food. I finally, after a 25 minute wait, get to the window and they refused to give me the food I ordered! I told them that they took my order and I had been waiting all of that time then the girl tells me that the fryer malfunctioned which I knew was a lie! How do you treat a customer like that??? I’m always at that location whether it’s for me or customers I’m delivering to. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to deal with ingorant employees there. The lack of respect really pissed me off!

The cashier was really nice. The line was really long for the drive thru. No lobby hours. Order was wrong when I got home. My large chili was ….”less than” Over all great place to eat, a few glitches.

Ordered a plain hamburger. Got a burger with ketchup, pickles and onion. I couldn’t eat it so into the garbage it went. Is there any place you can get a food order without someone screwing it up? So tired of the incompetence and terrible tasting crap.

The worst Wendy’s I have been to. Took the employee pictures above 10 min to take a order and the sad thing is no one else was infront of me. This is what management puts at the counter, damm thing cant even where a mask correctly either put it on or take it off.
The time it took from placing order and getting was 15 min so I figured I get a nice hot burger NOPE cold and the frosty was actually melted..

The manager is extremely unpleasant taking orders through the drive through, I had two encounters that were not pleasant. When I spoke to the head manager there she did not acknowledge my concern instead informed me that this staff actually always gets compliments and for me to have a nice night. This is extremely dismissive and not a great way to even hear someone’s concern. Both leaders require a retraining of costumer service.

Not at all accommodating. It is fri-yay and I meant to order two large French fries but got two small ones by accident (it was a mobile order & you can’t cancel it if you send it to the counter) because I was rushing which is my own mistake. However, the cashier wouldn’t let me pay the difference to make it a large/buy one get one and wouldn’t let me get another small French fry or something for free (Fri-yay= FREE ANY size fry) but she kept telling me she didn’t have the technology to adjust the price or ring it in… smh… It really isn’t a big deal when they waste food left and right.. Customer service has really gone down the tubes. Corporations like Wendy’s/McDonald’s/etc waste MUCH more than a small French fry per day when they toss stuff out during and at the end of the day so A resolution would have been nice but instead I couldn’t pay the difference all I could do was buy another fry…
