I went through the drive thru and ordered a Venti hot vanilla latte with oatmilk. Once I drove off and went to my next establishment I realized my coffee was very nasty. I order the same coffee everyday from Starbucks on the beltline so I know how it’s supposed to taste.I went back and told the manager that my coffee was disgusting and she said that the employee accidentally rang my order up as a latte with just oatmilk and I explained that it was incorrect and with an attitude and smart mouth her reply was,” Well I’ll remake it and you don’t have to say disgusting like that while rolling her eyes at me.” Me as a customer and Tessa (her name) as a manager didn’t conduct herself in a positive manner. Seems like she may need to be REtrained on customer service.

My daughter ordered pumpkin loaf for me today at Spring Avenue and instead they gave me banana nut bread .. highly allergic. Didn’t realize what it was until I broke a piece off and put it in my mouth. I guess I will have to double check everything after ordering there. This has never happened before. As soon as it hit my mouth I spit it out. You guys need to check your labels and product before handing it out. This could have been bad!!! I called the store and asked for a store manager but of course there wasn’t one available at the store according to the lady that answered. I talked to the shiftleader on duty in which got an attitude and she proceeded to ask if I was sure because she has been in drive thru and doesn’t remember the order. If she doesn’t remember then maybe she wasn’t in drive thru. She proceeded to ask me if I was sure it was that store. Needless to say she did not handle the situation properly. I will be calling corporate. I have pictures and a video.

I went through the drive through this fine morning of 11/22/25 at about 6:45. I don’t go out for coffee on a Saturday morning. I should still be sleeping right now, but I’m leaving for Tennessee and decided that I wanted me a nice Peppermint Latte and some breakfast for later. I just leave my house and go because this Starbucks is right down the street. Hair a mess. Still in PJs because I’m going through the drive through. A kind woman greets me and takes my order at the screen and I drive up to the window to pay and collect my items. As I’m waiting, I notice…in the mirror…. that I forgot something. I am fortified. Call the Falllout show on Prime and tell them you found one of their ghouls! I forgot to take off my night collagen mask and it looks like I’m shedding an entire layer of skin off my face as it has started peeling off from my rolling around while sleeping. But you know what?? This sweet lady took my payment and gave me my items without saying or reacting in any way. Bless her! Sweet as can be as I sat there with giant pieces of what looked like skin was hanging off my face. 19/ 10 professional and kind woman at that Starbucks. I would have made a face that said “eww” if I were her. Just pure natural reflex.

Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes for my coffee. It was a Sunday at 1pm. They were not busy and the blonde young lady at the window was a little rude when I asked her to fix my water.
