Can’t find that thing they call good quality unformicated pizza ANYWHERE. Pretty soon, we’ll all be wasting our entire pife teying to find ONE satisifying meal. No Jack’s, Red Baron, Kroger, Walmart, Safeway Brand of course, and on and on and on.

I had a delivery order of 2 larhe pizzas. They were both raw on the inside. I did try to make them more but that just did not work they were gross. They refused to remake them for me so we could actually have edible pizza for dinner. They instead decided that a $15 credit on my order of over $40 was reasonable. They were rude condescending and unwilling to give me something that we could actually eat after paying that amount of money. I don’t even live in Garden City to get that $15 credit. I don’t know if or when I’ll be able to eat Pizza Hut again or if I even want to. They couldn’t give me $15 credited back to my debit card but on my phone number. They refused to even return my money that I had paid and come get the raw Pizza.

We were the only ones in line and still took over 5 minutes to be seated there was a whopping 2 tables that had customers the place was empty. Did get drinks right away but then 20 minutes went by before getting our order taken. Then you would expect an appetizer to come out before the meal? Well not here. They come out after your meal! Not quite sure but for the price it cost to eat there service and the food quality could have been better. Pizza tasted like it was fresh out of the freezer.

I ordered pizza through calling; they took down my address and payment information. I waited for 45 minutes asking where my order was and they said, “We thought you were picking it up.” WHY WOULD I GIVE YOU MY ADDRESS IF I WAS PICKING IT UP?! They finally said it was on the way and when they dropped off the order, not only was it the wrong order but the pizza was quite literally thrown in the box. Flopped over and everything. I tried talking to Erica, but she was the rudest manager and did not apologize once. Terrible

Corporate giant with Small town charm. Delicious food and drinks. As someone from NJ I’ve never seen so much pineapple in my life and I’ve been in the tropics. But the food here is expediently delivered and rivals the best Italian cuisine in the garden or Empire State.

Found a hair in my wings after pulling it out of my mouth. Called to speak to a manager in the most polite manner possible and was rudely offered a $10 credit for a $30 order. Really? After I drive from Deerfield and back that is all I’m offered and NO apology??? What a rude establishment and terrible management. Will be contacting the state health department.

I would give them negative stars if I could! I have a free pizza ticket from my son’s school because he did great at school so we took him there for his free pizza and we also ordered one, they charge me for both pizza and when I told him I suppose get a free one nicely they didn’t even care, they had to get the manager and no apologize from the beginning to end, and very bad attitude. I would never go back again even when I have free pizza, it’s it’s not worth it. My son is not happy. About half hour waiting for 2 small pizza and it was empty inside , I’m a business owner and this is just not right at all.

The food tasted good, but the service was terrible. Waitress said there was no salad bar when there clearly was, then when we ordered family size breadsticks, they brought us a single order. Waitress never came back to check on drinks or if we needed anything. The only good part of the whole thing was the pizza itself.
